Olga Tokarczuk,is a well-known contemporary Polish writer,meanwhile is also one of the Polish writers who has certain influence in worldwide.Tokarczuk’s works are in their own style,forming a unique liquid narrative.Liquidity or liquid is not only the content of writing,but also the text texture of dedicate woven.The two form a complete system of perception and expression.Rather than aimlessly wandering,liquid is limited by language logos,and writing new possibilities that conform to the feelings of the times and personal tastes.The thesis includes three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.in Introduction part,firstly,it introduces Tokarczuk’s life and explains the translation of his works.Secondly,it sorts out the research status of related writers and works,summarizes the research points that are worth continuing to explore,and finally clarifies the purpose and significance of this research.There are four chapters in the main body.The first chapter is " A source of theories about the liquidity theory and the reasons for generation of the liquidity narratives".This chapter briefly introduces the liquidity theory,and base on this,distinguishes and analyzes the related concepts of the liquidity narrative and defines the scope of meaning.Meanwhile combined with the era,geography and interrelated writers to explain the reasons for generation of the liquid narratives.Chapter Two "The Textual Connotation of Tokarczuk’s Liquid Narrative",by combining details of the text,expands from two dimensions,the phenomenon of liquidity and the texture of liquidity.From the relationship between people and things,time and space,we explore the phenomenon of the liquidity and the various forms of its underlying attributes.The sense of liquidity is achieved through the development of life trajectories and the improvement of cognitive process.The third chapter "the characteristics of Tokarczuk’s liquid narrative" is to summarize the details which Tokarczuk’s text present.The liquid narrative shows three features,"cross-border","fragmented processing" and "non-positioned subject".Chapter Four " Liquid Narrative:as a Mirror Function in the present " aims to explain that the multi-perspective and multi-directional writing mode in liquid narrative that fits the current society.Its generation has imprint of the times and contradictory inherent qualities,like modernity.The conclusion part conclude the text by discussing the liquid narrative as a systematic operation.
