Language is an important means of interpersonal communication,and class evaluation is a bridge between teachers and students.A good class is not only a detailed explanation of the course content,but also a lively atmosphere in the class.To stimulate students’ interest in learning and promote the efficiency of class teaching requires effective class evaluation.The class evaluation language is like the warm sun in winter,and the waiting showers make students warm as home and nourish their soul.Class evaluation plays an encouraging and guiding role in students’ participation and emotional attitude in English class.It plays an important role in the development of students.As the subject of English itself is a language learning,more attention should be paid to the effectiveness of evaluation language in English class.However,the current situation of the use of evaluation language by novice teachers is unsatisfactory.In this regard,this paper conducts a survey on the current situation of evaluation language by novice teachers in primary school English class teaching,and proposes effective strategies for evaluation language by novice teachers under the guidance of relevant theories.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the effective strategy are verified and analyzed.We should promote novice teacher class evaluation language to stimulate student’ s interest in learning English and improve the efficiency of English class teaching.The concrete research thoughts and contents are as follows:First of all,it used literature research and consulted relevant literature and materials on class evaluation language and novice teachers,sorted out the current research progress of class evaluation language,understood the research Angle and research degree of class evaluation language at home and abroad,and provided a foundation for the following paper writing.Secondly,it used questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation methods to know the present situation of evaluation language.They are teachers and students and the classroom situation.Questionnaire survey is conducted among students,interviews are conducted with novice teachers,and classroom observation was conducted.From the effectiveness of novice teacher evaluation language,the pertinence of the evaluation language,the richness of the evaluation language,the discipline of the evaluation language to understand the current use of novice teacher evaluation language,through sorting and analysis of the novice teacher evaluation language there are some problems.For example,the evaluation language of new teachers focuses more on knowledge than process and emotion,and the evaluation language is multi-diagnosis,lacking of inspiration and inspiration.The evaluation language is monotonous and boring,and the evaluation language does not reflect disciplinary and situational problems.Then,based on an in-depth analysis of the current problems,it is found that novice teachers,in order to adapt to the new role,lack their own language literacy,and they are not clear about the evaluation theory,so they cannot give evaluations for their students.Thirdly,we should put forward the effective strategy of new teacher evaluation language.According to the problems and puzzles existing in the evaluation language of novice teachers,we should strengthen the adaptive ability and use the evaluation language appropriately to help them create a full English evaluation and grasp the characteristics of English subjects;We should let them accumulate the class evaluation experience and temper the evaluation language skills and expression;They are good at capturing students’ individual differences and grasping students’ real demands are two advices for language evaluation;They need implementing teaching language and skill training,setting up the evaluation standard of language evaluation.They are five aspects of the solution.Finally,we need to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy.The students were investigated by questionnaire and the teachers were interviewed to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategies. |
