The world economy recovered after World War II,and many new artistic trends emerged during this period,and minimalism was born during this period.The minimalist,concise and neat art design form is deeply loved and sought after by people,especially in today’s society,where all kinds of information are complicated and stacked,and fast-paced work and life require people to quickly filter out the information they need."Minimalism" It seems particularly important.At the same time,the concept of minimalism also contains the humanistic ideology of obeying nature and being green and environmentally friendly.In his series of speeches,General Secretary Xi Jinping also mentioned “establishing the concept of ecological civilization that respects nature,conforms to nature,and protects nature,and promotes ecological civilization.Construction is related to the well-being of the people and the future of the nation.” The study of minimalism conforms to the current social development status.The vegetarian culture advocates the cultural concept of returning to nature,protecting the earth’s ecological environment,and returning to innocence.This coincides with the minimalist philosophy of pursuing the essence and obeying nature.Now that there are more and more vegetarian populations in the world,vegetarian food has quietly become one.A new healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle.Based on this social and cultural background,this article takes the application of minimalism in brand design as the research object,and takes the "one side" vegetarian brand as an example,so that the two can be effectively combined in cultural concepts and artistic forms to help better To promote a healthy lifestyle.This article will use the literature research method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to conduct research.The structure of the thesis is the first chapter mainly discusses the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the status quo of domestic and foreign research,as well as the research methods and content.Chapters 2 and 3 comb through the related theories of minimalism and brand design,combined with case studies of minimalism brand design,and explore the application methods and manifestations of minimalism in brand design.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the brand image design of the vegetarian restaurant brand,as well as the analysis and summary of the current status of the brand design of the vegetarian brand,and explore the characteristics and deficiencies of its brand design.The fifth chapter is mainly the design practice part.Through the preliminary research and data accumulation and analysis,the design ideas and design concepts of the "one-side vegetarian" brand are determined,from the four aspects of the brand’s logo design,basic system,application system and extended design.Develop the brand image of "One Side " Vegetarian,so as to promote the public’s deeper knowledge and understanding of vegetarian culture,and promote the further promotion and dissemination of vegetarian culture.
