Watch And Fight-on Zhang Wei’s Novels

With the in-depth development of socialist modernization,problems such as the loss of civilization,the alienation of people,the loss of morality,and environmental pollution caused by the proliferation of materialism have emerged in the modernization process.These problems have become obstacles to China’s new journey towards modernization..Through the attention and reflection on the social reality and the mental state of people in the process of modernization,Zhang Wei showed the mental attitude of "watching" and "struggling".This mental attitude runs through the creation of Zhang Wei’s novels.Based on the close reading of the text,this article analyzes Zhang Wei’s mental attitude of "watching and resisting" in his novels,and exploring the practical significance of Zhang Wei’s insisting on the spiritual attitude of "watching and resisting".The thesis mainly discusses from the following three aspects:The first part explores the ideological connotation of Zhang Wei’s novels.Investigating Zhang Wei’s novels in the course of China’s modernization in the 20 th century,the author finds that Zhang Wei’s "watching" mental attitude in his novels specifically points to the pursuit of beautiful nature and humanity,and the vigorous folk spirit,and "resistance".The spiritual attitude specifically points to a modern criticism of materialized values,extreme egoism,moral decay,alienation of human nature,and ecological pollution caused by modern commercial expansionism.Zhang Wei tried to draw spiritual strength from the natural wilderness,pure life,moral concepts and traditional culture of Watch,so as to realize his criticism and resistance to a series of problems caused by modernization bias.The second part discusses Zhang Wei’s writing standpoint of intellectuals dominated by moral concepts.Zhang Wei’s writing standpoint for intellectuals is manifested on the one hand as the unity of independent spirit and artistic aesthetics,and on the other hand as the unity of moral civilization and material civilization.Zhang Wei adheres to the independent and free writing position of intellectuals,upholds the principle of looking at reality from the perspective of morality and exploring human nature,and is committed to creating literary works with aesthetic value,so as to achieve the purpose of expressing the spiritual attitude of "watching and resisting".The third part discusses the practical significance of Zhang Wei’s novels.Starting from the spiritual level of moral ideals,Zhang Wei called on people to protect Chinese classical literary theory and Chinese national cultural heritage,trying to awaken people’s awareness of cultural heritage protection through his novels.At the same time,he inherited the WTO entry spirit of traditional Confucian intellectuals and the critical spirit of Lu Xun and other modern intellectuals,and rationally examined modern civilization,caring for man and nature in the process of modernization with a compassionate spirit,and attacking social reality with an independent and critical spirit.Of sin.Today,when the issue of modernization has become increasingly prominent,Zhang Wei’s attitude towards modern civilization and his insistence on writing have shown forward-looking significance.
