As a kind of notes on examination and differentiation of syndromes in Tang dynasty,Zi Xia Ji covers a wide range of contents.Although it is not a huge work,it involves the meaning of classics,famous objects and languages.Many innovative ideas have been made in terms of customs,etiquette and personal details.Although occasionally there may be mistakes,these flaws cannot obscure everything.In the textual research,the author cited the classics,which left us a lot of precious historical materials and also contributed to the collection of later studies.In addition,due to the wide content of Zi Xia Ji,later works quoted and commented on it,or made further studies on the problems it discussed.The main body of this paper is divided into five chapters for discussion:The first chapter studies the author,title and completion of Zi Xia Ji.On the issue of the author of it,predecessor is controversial,but in past dynasties literature as to the identity of the records of the author is unknown,only some of the endowment spare set within the certificate and its trivial records for our research,today,from the endowment spare set itself and the literature,this paper focus on theory the author lee’s name,life,work,family background and resume the collection of the information and free writing.Chapter two discusses the cataloguing of Zi Xia Ji and the edition system of the book.From generations of bibliographic description of the information and free time "in spread organizing some of the characteristics and the change of the classification,and combed the collection of the information and free version of origin,in addition to Gan Zhu Ji,Lei Shuo,a hundred reel of Shuo Fu edition,the venture spare set can be divided into guggenheim,this system Gu Sili editions,a roll of this system.Among them,gu’s system and Gu Sicli’s collection system are in three volumes,which are from the same ancestor.One volume of the system is also from The Ge Zhi Cong of Gu’s system.The third chapter discusses some problems existing in the school edition of Zhonghua Book Company.This edition,as the best edition of Zi Xia Ji so far,makes up for the shortcomings of many predecessors,but there are still some omissions.Now,we discuss some of these problems from the three aspects of improper punctuation,improper collation and historical factual failure.The fourth chapter makes an in-depth analysis of the contents of Zi Xia Ji.In this chapter,the contents of The Book can be roughly divided into six categories: textual research,interpretation of sound and meaning,discussion of the origin of names and objects,revision of folklore,discrimination and analysis of historical events,and exploration of etiquette and customs,to explore the content characteristics of the book and some of the author’s academic ideas.Chapter five focuses on the literature value and academic value of Zi Xia Ji.As a result,it has important historical data value and lost collection function.The issues discussed in The Book are mostly cited and concerned by later scholars,which have far-reaching consequences.
