Abstract/Summary:
In 1931,the outbreak of the "September 18 Incident" directly contributed to the further fermentation of the Japanese "Manchurian immigration" plans.Among them, the first armed immigration,as a turning point of the history of Japanses imigrants into Northeast China, has certain research value. This article roughly according to the chronological order, analyzes into four parts. The first part,on the basis of sorting out the experimental immigration before the 9.18,concludes that the failure of Japan’s early immigration activities is mainly because of the lack of government attention and financial support, lack of experience and other factors. After the Incident,Japanese militarism, starting from the strategic value of "Manchuria",tried to solve the domestic crisis by transferring the population, and deployed a large number of immigrants to "Manchuria" as a reserve army,so as to build a defense line against the Soviet Union and maintain the situation in the occupied areas, which fully reflected its "armed" character. The second part focuses on the whole process of the first invasion of the armed immigrant group and the establishment of "Iyasaka Village".After a professional investigation of the target area,Japanese imperialists chose "Iyasaka Village" with active anti-Japanese armed forces and rich resources as the invasion site.In order to fundamentally ensure the successful implementation of the invasion plan, the Japanese immigration agency made strict standards in recruitment, training and assignment of tasks. After the colonization of all the members, the emigration group set up the Japanized "Iyasaka Village Office" and Iyasaka Village Joint Combine" in the Chinese countryside, which cooperated with each other to establish a complete social operation system, and recruited their families to colonize together after stabilization. The third part specifically combs the living conditions of the immigrant group in "Iyasaka Village".In order to achieve the purpose of permanent occupation, apart from the general military functions, the emigration corps also engaged in agriculture in the form of combining soldiers with agriculture, which gave birth to related industries such as animal husbandry and agricultural processing industry. In addition, the emigrants also established a communication network, housing, hospitals, schools and Japanese shrines to ensure the social operation. From which,we can conclude that the "Iyasaka Village" established by the first armed emigrants is a microcosm of the Japanese countryside. The fourth part summarizes the characteristics and results of the first armed immigration. As an armed immigrant,it is obviously aggressive and militaristic. In addition,as the first immigrant after the "September 18 Incident",it also has strong experimental, immature and contradictory nature. The invasions of the emigration groups caused irreparable harm to the Chinese people. At the same time, due to their serious colonial characteristics, the outbreak of "reclamation disease",the withdrawal of the emigration groups and the "movement to exclude cadres" broke out one after another, which caused counterattack to some of the participants. The first armed immigration was the product of the Japanese imperialist colonial invasion of China, and even more the product of the evil war,and "Iyasaka Village" was just an example of it.We can see from its results, that any immigration at the cost of peace can only hurt oneself in the end.
