Research On The Traditional Virtues Expression Strategies Of Historical Films And Interpretation Of "The Prince"’s Screenwriting Ideas

The creative themes of Chinese historical film and television dramas depend on China’s five thousand years of historical memory.Based on their own creative intentions,the creators screened historical materials,selected historical events and typical characters for artistic screening and fiction,and created historical film and television dramas that conform to the aesthetics of the times and reflect the human sentiments of the times.This article starts from the traditional virtue expression strategy of Chinese historical film dramas,and conducts research from three aspects:the definition of historical films,the film and television expression of traditional virtues,and the virtue expression strategy of historical film dramas.Drawing lessons from historical drama research,narrative theory,virtue pedagogy,and theoretical research on the authenticity and fiction of movies.Combining related film and television works,a specific comparison and analysis of the creative evolution of historical film and television dramas.Combining with the aesthetic changes of the audience,we get the method of virtue expression strategy in historical film dramas,and then concretely demonstrate how the historical film script "The Prince" selects corresponding historical materials for artistic transformation of fiction.Through the analysis of the creative thinking of the script,the method of using the script to express the virtues is unearthed.The author expounds the virtue expression value of the script from the perspective of the audience’s aesthetic perception.The script "The Prince" conforms to the concept of historical film and television dramas,and the characterization and the expression of virtues conform to the requirements of the times.It responds to the call of the country and further extends the key to the healthy and upward development of historical films.
