At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the rule was unstable, and how to establish an effective administrative system was particularly important. On the basis of the Han and Jin system, the rulers of the Qing Dynasty divided the civilian officials into Manchuria,Mongolia,Han and Han according to the ethnic composition. As an important part of it,Hanjunque is the organization of the flag people of Hanjun, which experienced a complicated evolution process in Qing Dynasty.Generally speaking,it can be divided into four stages: before entering the customs, the germination of Hanjunque;during the Shunzhi period, the formal establishiment of Hanjunque;from the end of Shunzhi to Yongzheng, the cutting and adjusting of Hanjunque;after Qianlong,it was fixed.Because of different rank and status, the changes of senior civil servants, intermediate civil servants and lower civil servants in the Hanjun are different. The senior civil service Hanjunque all the cuts, the intermediate civil service Hanjunque the massive abolishment, the lower civil service Hanjunque roughly retains.By combing the setup and evolution of Hanjunque,we can not only deepen the understanding of the system of officials and the concept of employment in the Qing Dynasty, but also understand the characteristics of ethnic policy and political rule in the Qing Dynasty. In addition, the organization of official system in the Qing Dynasty is the product of balancing the interests of all ethnic groups in the light of the actual social conditions at that time, and also has certain reference significance for the treatment of ethnic relations and the civil service system.
