| Domestic and foreign researchers have studied the internal mechanism of social anxiety and found that the interpretation bias of ambiguous social situation plays an important role in the formation, maintenance and recurrence of social anxiety. In recent years, more and more researchers have begun to pay attention to the role of explanatory bias correction in improving individual social anxiety.Interpretive bias correction is a kind of intervention exercise that interprets ambiguous social situations from a positive point of view to change individuals’negative interpretations. It is simple in operation, flexible in form, independent of the guidance or instructions of therapists, and easy to be carried out universally in the population. In adult studies, researchers have verified the effect of explanatory bias correction on social anxiety, but there are still few studies in children and adolescents, and the effect has not been fully tested. This paper focuses on the relationship between explanatory bias and adolescent social anxiety. On the basis of the explanatory bias correction paradigm and the key points of cognitive reconstruction technology,an explanatory bias correction scheme is designed for adolescent social anxiety intervention, and the effect of the scheme is fully tested and discussed.Compared with the traditional analysis method which discusses the relationship between variables and evaluates the intervention effect from the total score level, network analysis method provides a new way for us to understand the relationship between variables and evaluate the intervention plan.It is based on the measurement of observed variables, centered on the exploration of the characteristics of the interaction between variables, and presents the connection features among variables in the form of a visual network. In recent years, network analysis has been applied to explore the network structure of psychological variables and the influence of intervention on variables and their relationships. Both the disease view and the evaluation of intervention provide new ideas and supplements for the research. To sum up,the main work of this study is to design interpretation bias correction training for adolescents’social anxiety intervention, and to fully verify and explore its effect by combining network analysis method. To this end,the following two research works are mainly carried out:Study 1,the use of Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents(SAS-A)and Adolescents’Interpretation and Belief Questionnaire(AIBQ),of 1808 middle school students social anxiety, explain the deviation problem on the questionnaire survey,in the traditional demographic differences after analysis and correlation analysis on the basis of network analysis, build deviation and social anxiety symptoms of the network,This paper discusses the interaction between them from the perspective of network orientation. The results of the traditional analysis show that there are significant differences between the dimensions of social anxiety and explanatory bias in gender, grade and father’s education level(ps<0.05),and there is a significant positive correlation between negative interpretation and social anxiety(rs=0.30~0.56,ps<0.01).Positive interpretation had a significant negative correlation with social anxiety(rs=0.10~0.20,ps<0.01).The network analysis results show that:The explanatory bias and social anxiety symptom network had a small-world index(SWI=1.17),the mean predictability of all nodes was 0.49,and the centrality index was stable(CS_S=0.75).Among them, the anxiety symptom item"I worry that others will say bad things about me"had the highest intensity centrality, and the negative interpretation had the highest centrality. The aggregation and predictability coefficients of negative, positive and neutral explanations are all lower than the average.Study 2,combining the key points of cognitive reconstruction technology with the characteristics of adolescents’social environment, the interpretative bias correction fuzzy situational paradigm of Mathews and Mackintosh(2000)was adapted and designed.Then,81middle and high school students were recruited to carry out the intervention study through the pre-middle and post-test and daily follow-up assessment design of the control group. In order to comprehensively evaluate the intervention effect, adolescents’social anxiety, interpretation bias, depression, cognitive reappraisal and social avoidance were measured. Finally, based on the traditional analysis of variance combined with the network analysis method, the effect of the intervention was discussed comprehensively. The results of ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the effect of the intervention. The results of network analysis showed that the intervention had an impact on the relationship between social anxiety, interpretative bias and other variables, and the changes of the relationship between the variables in the two groups had different characteristics. In addition, from the investigation of individual networks,it was found that the intervention program was more effective for individuals with high social anxiety. In conclusion, this study further verified the influence of explanatory bias on the symptoms of adolescent social anxiety through network analysis method, and fully explored the effect of the designed intervention program, and found its effectiveness in improving the relationship between explanatory bias and other variables in social anxiety. |
