With the rapid development of the Internet,more and more people use the network social media to communicate.Due to the characteristics of openness,communication,participation and dialogue connectivity,it provides great convenience for people.However,with the increasing prevalence of online social media use,the impact of online social media disorder,as a product of social network addiction,has also attracted wide attention.Therefore,further systematic research on the measurement tools,theories,and related factors of online social media barriers are necessary.Based on this,the following studies:Study 1:to explore the simple network social media disorder scale Chinese applicability in our youth group,selected the Anhui province,Hunan 1714 junior and senior high school students reliability and validity test,choose social networking sites use strength scale,social anxiety scale,self control scale,sleep disorders scale,12 general health questionnaire for the school.The study results are as follows:(1)KMO= 0.90,Bartlett spherical test(2=2584.76,P <0.001,indicating that the data are suitable for exploratory factor analysis.The maximum variance of the factor was rotated,and one factor with initial eigenvalue greater than 1,and the cumulative variance interpretation rate was 47.28%.(2)Then the confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on sample 2(n=857),and the results showed that the standardized factor load of each item was between 0.56 and 0.68,and all the fitting indexes met the psychometric criteria.One month later,133 people were selected from sample 1 for the retest,which showed that the test-retest reliability of the total table was 0.84.This shows that the Chinese version of the Simple Network Social Media Disorder Scale has good credit validity among teenagers in China.Study 2:Exploring the demographic difference between online social media disorders,social anxiety and self-control among teenagers.The results showed that:(1)in terms of social anxiety,there were obvious differences between boys and girls,and the level of social anxiety of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.(2)There are significant differences in self-control and social anxiety in grade.The self-control ability of students in grade one and Grade 2 is significantly higher than that of other grades,and the social anxiety level of grade 3 and Grade 3 is significantly higher than that of other grades;(3)In the difference analysis of network social media barriers,the level of network social media barriers in rural areas is significantly higher than that in urban areas.To explore the relationship between online social media disorder and social anxiety,and the mediating role of self-control between them.The results show that:(1)network social media disorder can significantly positively predict social anxiety;and(2)self-control plays a partial mediating role between the two.Study 3: On the basis of Study 1 and Study 2,explore the intervention program of group counseling for online social media disorders.38 subjects,19 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group were selected to carry out the group counseling activity of online social media disorder for one month.The control group did not conduct any intervention,and the pre-test and post-test data of the two groups were analyzed.The results show that after group counseling,the level of online social media disorder decreased,and self-social anxiety and self-control also improved.
