Study On The Application Of Han Dynasty Lacquer Boxes Art In Contemporary Lacquer Boxes Design

As the most glorious era in the history of Chinese lacquer art,there are lot of precious heritages in lacquer art craftsmanship and aesthetic thoughts left in the Han Dynasty,and it is worthy of learning and operation by contemporary lacquer art practitioners.Among the many lacquer wares of the Han Dynasty,the lacquer box was a more commonly and characteristic ones.In addition,the lacquer box also occupies an important position in contemporary lacquer art.Compared with other appliances,it has more demand and recognizability.Therefore,incorporating elements of the Han Dynasty into contemporary lacquer box design can not only continue the tradition in craftsmanship,having strong operability,but also enrich contemporary lacquer art design forms.Research has certain significance.The article is based on the collection of Han Dynasty lacquer box data and the analysis of contemporary lacquer box.It mainly discusses from the four parts of the Han Dynasty lacquer box research part,the contemporary lacquer box research part,the Han Dynasty elements in the contemporary application research part and the creative practice part.After analyzing the characteristics and demands of the lacquer box of the Han Dynasty and the era contemporary,looking for an entry point for the combination,applying them to the process of creative practice,designing and producing a set of lacquer box works to verify the conclusions obtained.This article is based on exploring the feasibility of the Han Dynasty elements in the design of contemporary lacquer boxes.After comparing the works of the two eras,we come to the method of "the mutual integration",and discusses from the design starting point,the form of expression and aesthetic thought.There are many coincidences between the Han Dynasty lacquer box and the contemporary aesthetic needs: from the perspective of external expressions,both of them respect the simple shape.Be good at using of expressive lines and patterns for decoration.From the design point of view,both focus on the practical functionality of the lacquer box product.From the perspective of inner thoughts,the Han Dynasty loved natural elements and it firmly believed that people could perceive each other among all things under the influence of Confucianism and Taoism.The contemporary design concept reached a high level of spiritual perception.The application of Han elements in contemporary lacquer box design not only considers the compatibility of design,but also the environmental compatibility.Hopeing this topic summarizes the relevant methods and laws,which can play a positive role in the development of contemporary design and lacquer art.
