Research On The Reform Of Streamline Administration Delegate Powers Strengthen Regulation And Improve Services In The Development Of Yichang Cultural Industry

The social and economic attributes of the cultural industry determine that its development is inseparable from government regulation,guidance,support and services.Compared with other industries,the government’s strategic planning and policy orientation play a more important role during the development of cultural industry.It is particularly significant for the government to play a functional role to reasonably intervene in the development of cultural industries and to continuously strengthen supervision and services under the premise of giving full play to the role of the market,especially under the market economy system.The paper mainly focuses on the special perspective of social and economic attributes.It not only uses the relevant literature data and the authoritative works of the predecessors and the analysis results of the thesis as the original theoretical basis,but also the public goods,new public services,total quality management,literature and data analysis and other methods to demonstrate the important reform on streamlining administration,delegating powers,strengthening regulation,and improving services in the development of cultural industry in Yichang City.It concluded that there existed some problems in the transformation of government functions,strengthening supervision,and deepening services and the development of cultural industry in Yichang City,and was lacked of quality standard management system.Eventually,we proposed some suggestions from the perspective of PDCA cycle about the planning,service and supervision in the development of cultural industry in Yichang City,further optimize the overall planning for the development of cultural industries,achieve the development of cultural industries,strengthen the supervision of the development of cultural industries,and promote the healthy development of cultural industries in Yichang City.
