Research On Supply Side Reform Of Public Cultural Services In Longquanyi District

As an important part of the government-led public service system,public cultural services have become China’s urban and rural residents increasingly concerned about the hot.The lag,product supply and demand gap among that existing public cultural service system seriously affect the urban and rural masses of material and cultural life level.After the reform and opening up,Chan’s economy and socilty have developed rapidly.With the increasing demand of cultural and cultural tastes,it is necessary to reform the existing public cultural service mechanism and improve the public cultural services and product supply.And then through a variety of ways as much as possible to enrich the masses of public cultural life.In this paper,the Longquanyi District of Chengdu City,Sichuan Province is taken as the research specimen,and the basic situation of the area is deeply investigated.The main problems and reasons of the public cultural service are extracted and analyzed.In this paper,the reform of supply side is seen as a research perspective,from the issue of public cultural services to extend the relevant working mechanism and product service itself.After analysing the current situation,it Makes reasonable recommendations from the demand feedback mechanism,decision-making mechanism,supply mechanism,product design and other aspects based on problem-oriented.Although this study is only for the study of public cultural services,it involves the supply side reform and other current hot new concept.Then,it also has explored new mechanisms and implementation pathes based on government and markets.I believe that the new state governance mechanism under the various areas of the work of reform and innovation work should have some reference.
