Researching On Resident Culture Participation In Mobilization Of Community Governance Based On Factor Analysis

The disintegration of the unit system makes the community public and the traditional neighborhood relations become increasingly indifferent.With the economic transition and social transformation of our country,the community plays an increasingly important role in the development of grass-roots social service and management to meet the diversified needs of the masses.Community is the basic unit of social composition,which bears the great responsibility of re-embracing the "individual" of society into the "community community ".In like manner,community governance is the basic project of national governance.In pace with the process of community governance development,the active participation of community residents is crucial to improve the community governance system.Based on the practice of community residents’ cultural participation,the author breaks through the previous comprehensive research perspective that focuses on cultural unidirectional analysis of the mobilization of residents’ cultural participation in community governance.Instead,chooses the representative Tianjin B community as the research object,meanwhile carries on the field investigation to Tianjin B community by the research methods of literature research,unstructured interview and participation observation.The general factor analysis framework of community cultural participation mobilization is constructed,based on the mobilization environment,mobilization subject,mobilization object,mobilization mode and mobilization effect of B community’s cultural participation.To analyzes the mobilization status of B community’s cultural participation in community governance,the author found that B the coordination of various mobilization elements of the community to promote the orderly cultural participation of residents,in community governance adhere to build their own cultural brand,multi-subjects play a positive role,played a typical demonstration effect.According to the research,combining with the actual situation of the community residents’ cultural participation mobilization,the author puts forward the problems and interaction limitations of the community at the level of each mobilization element of cultural participation,and then offers some universal proposals for improving the mobilization of community cultural participation in social work practice based on factor analysis,in order to assist with promote the residents’ cultural participation in the development of community governance.
