| In order to practice the "national vocational education reform implementation plan" and cultivate high-quality preschool education talents,we need to strengthen the comprehensive quality construction of kindergarten normal school students,in which the cultivation of writing ability and literacy is particularly important.Relatively speaking,to a certain extent,new kindergarten teachers have some problems,such as weak writing ability,weak logic and hierarchy of language expression,and insufficient imagination,which easily lead to their low efficiency in teaching and poor communication with children.To improve the writing ability of kindergarten normal school students will be able to have an important change in this situation,and can enhance the comprehensive professional ability of kindergarten normal school students.Through the training of writing activities,kindergarten normal school students can achieve sustainable development in language,thinking,aesthetics,culture and other aspects,and help them establish correct life ideals,cultivate professional spirit,and then provide necessary support for lifelong development.The foundation of kindergarten normal school students’ cultural courses is generally weak,their thoughts are complex,their growth space is relatively free,and they have strong employment demand.These are not only the group characteristics of kindergarten normal school students,but also the starting point of this paper.By interviewing teachers and students of three kindergartens in Dezhou and interviewing the principals of five kindergartens in Dezhou and Jinan,it is concluded that the cultivation of writing ability of kindergarten normal school students is in "dilemma".The main performance is as follows: first,kindergarten normal school students lack of interest in writing,poor performance in writing attention,willpower,habits and other aspects,lack of writing materials and process guidance;second,teachers’ concept of writing teaching lags behind,writing teaching objectives are not clear,professionalism needs to be improved,and they do not combine the new writing teaching concept,appropriate teaching methods and teaching practice;Third,the arrangement of writing textbooks for kindergarten teachers is not reasonable,lack of situation creation,does not reflect the professional characteristics of kindergarten teachers,and is not practical and comprehensive.Based on the analysis and thinking of the above problems,on the basis of combing the research results of writing ability training of kindergarten normal school students at home and abroad,this paper carries out the writing teaching experiment based on class 2,grade 18 of Shandong Pingyuan normal school,and tries to explore the writing ability training of kindergarten normal school students from four aspects,including paying attention to the writing psychology of kindergarten normal school students,improving teachers’ professional quality,optimizing the teaching materials of kindergarten teachers,choosing suitable teaching methods for discussion.This paper focuses on how to use situational teaching,combination of reading and writing,micro writing,case teaching,writing evaluation and new media to improve the writing ability of kindergarten normal school students,hoping to explore a systematic and operable,solid and effective writing ability training strategy for kindergarten normal school students,so as to help improve their Chinese core literacy,to help the career development and lifelong development of kindergarten normal school students. |
