The Study On Orders Of Chinese Subordinate Complex Sentences In Modern Chinese Poetry

As one of the important grammatical means of modern Chinese,the word order is an important content in the study of modern Chinese complex sentences.The study of the word order of clauses in complex sentences has also become a research focus.This article takes the word order of the Chinese subordinate complex sentences in modern Chinese poetry as the researching object,and mainly focus on the situation of the post-clause in the Chinese subordinate complex sentences with combining the research results of the former sages.This article builds a closed database with the collected modern Chinese poetry corpus.We use the method of manual statistic to calculate the order of the Chinese subordinate complex sentences in modern poetry.Then,this article explains the reason of the order changing of complex sentences in modern Chinese poetry by using relevant theories such as pragmatics,cognitive linguistics,and textual information functions.Its purpose is to explain the internal laws of this phenomenon.The thesis includes the following parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the research object of this article.Then we will introduce the research status from two aspects,the order of Chinese subordinate complex sentences and modern Chinese poetry.After that,we present the reason and significance of this article.Finally,we describe the methods and corpus samples of this article in detail.The second chapter is the description of the changes in the order of the Chinese subordinate complex sentences in modern poetry.We select causal complex sentences,concessive complex sentences,conditional complex sentences,hypothetical complex sentences and purpose complex sentences as the research objects.Then we make statistics of the order changes in these five types of complex sentences which is in order to analyze the tendency of order changes in modern Chinese poetry.The third chapter mainly describes the characteristics of the Chinese subordinate complex sentences after the order changing in modern Chinese poetry.The intonation and semantic focus of the Chinese subordinate and complex sentences are changing after reordering the clauses.Sometimes,the post-semantics will be highlighted.The fourth chapter analyzes the effects of the order changing in the Chinese subordinate complex sentences that in modern Chinese poetry from the angles of semantics,emotion and article format.The fifth chapter explains the causes of order changing in the Chinese subordinate complex sentences from the angles of historical reasons,Cognitive Linguistics and Stylistics.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the viewpoints of each chapter,and points out the innovations and shortcomings of this article.
