Research On Safety Management Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Xinjiang Arts Theater

In recent years,due to the lack of effective safety management in public places,serious accidents such as stampedes,health emergencies,and fire outbreaks have occurred frequently,which have attracted increasing social concern.How to gain a certain degree of foresight before the occurrence of disasters and to minimize the impact of the accident,has gradually become a standard for measuring the level of safety management of a country,a provincial capital,or a city.Xinjiang is located in a remote area,and the safety management of public places is still in the early stage of development,and there are still many problems in its emergency management.As a key unit in Xinjiang,whether Xinjiang Arts Theater has a complete safety management system directly affects the probability of emergencies.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to conduct a research on Xinjiang Arts Theater.This research collected the system characteristics and safety features of Xinjiang Arts Theater through the literature research method and interview method,used the methods of Preliminary Hazard Analysis and Safety Checklist Analysis of Public Places to establish the Xinjiang Arts Theater safety management evaluation index system,and conducted a safety management awareness survey on employees by visiting its offices,rehearsal halls and fire monitoring rooms.400 questionnaires were distributed,with an effective response rate of 100%.Based on the comments from experts,the on-site inspection and the results of the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that rules and regulations at the management level of Xinjiang Arts Theater were weak,safety inspection workers were unprofessional,employees had a weaker awareness of overall safety measures,and emergency management organizations were not complete.The hardware facilities were far from the standard level,and the funds for safety equipment were insufficient.In order to further improve the safety management of Xinjiang Arts Theater,combined with domestic and foreign experience and practices and the reality in Xinjiang,it is recommended to improve safety management regulations and emergency plans at the management level,and organize employees to conduct safety education and training and emergency drills on a regular basis.In terms of the hardware facilities,it is recommended to upgrade related equipment and increase capital investment in hardware equipment.The research object of this thesis has typical characteristics of public places,and the safety management evaluation and conclusions can provide theoretical guidance for other public places in Xinjiang,which can be of great help to strengthen the safety management system of public places in Xinjiang.
