"W is a film and television distribution and projection company,and is the number one theater in China.Its box office revenue,movie-going attendance and market share have ranked first in China for ten consecutive years.In this context,Company W has accumulated a huge amount of membership data,and in order to better implement the core concept of "all the audience’s movie-going value and movie-going experience as the core",it needs to establish a user-centered Wanda movie membership big data management and analysis platform,which can better help business departments such as e-commerce operations It can help e-commerce operations and other business departments to use big data to manage and maintain members more accurately and effectively,improve and promote the activity of members,enhance the stickiness of members to the platform,and extend the life cycle of members.In this paper,the quality management and control process of the movie membership big data management and analysis platform project will be studied from the perspective of project management and quality management to provide practical case study solutions for membership data analysis projects in related industries in the market.To begin with,the author has compared the current situation of project quality management research at home and abroad and comprehensively elaborated the relevant basic theories about software project quality management.The theoretical basis of the software life cycle,project life cycle,comprehensive project quality management principles,and project quality management processes are studied to lay the foundation for the quality management research program of W’s movie membership big data management and analysis platform project.What’ more,by investigating and understanding the current situation of project management in Company W,the problems and shortcomings of Company W in each stage of project quality control and management process are identified,and the reasons for these problems are analyzed according to the actual operation status and management status of the company.Additionally,by analyzing the shortcomings of the current situation of project management in Company W,a clear quality management improvement standard and target were set,and a practical project quality management improvement plan was designed for Company W’s project management in line with the operation situation of the company.Finally,the developed project quality management improvement plan was practically applied to the big data management and analysis platform of movie members,and the guarantee measures of the improvement plan were formulated one by one,and the implementation effect was comprehensively evaluated.
