The term "civil society" has long been of Western origin and is an authentic and typically Western concept. It has been interpreted differently by various thinkers at different times in the development of modern Western thought.People’s understanding of the concept of ’civil society’has also undergone a process of evolution. In this evolutionary process,Hegel can be regarded as an intermediate position, and he played an important role, because his theory of civil society introduced a new era of civil society in the modern sense. This paper focuses on Marx’s early affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s theory of civil society in order to further understand the deeper relationship between Marx and Hegel’s philosophy. This paper focuses on Marx’s affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s theory of civil society in his early years. It focuses on three aspects: firstly,Marx’s affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s concept of civil society, secondly,Marx’s affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s view on the dualistic structure of civil society and the state, and thirdly,Marx’s affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s historicist methodology. The first part first explains in detail Hegel’s concept of civil society in terms of meaning, ways of thinking and connections, then discusses Marx’s new understanding of new concepts of this theory, and finally looks for the part on the affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s ideas from Marx’s theory of civil society, which mainly includes the concept of civil society and is the field of economic activity, and also from this it can be inferred that Marx affirmatively inherits The second part begins with a discussion of Hegel’s theory of civil society. The second part begins by discussing Hegel’s view of the separation of state and civil society, arguing that the relationship between civil society and the state is one in which the state determines civil society and civil society is derived from the state.Marx’s views and understanding of the relationship between civil society and the state are then discussed, and finally transformed into a discussion of Marx’s affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s views on the separation of civil society from the state, arguing that Hegel’s separation is progressive, and that both Marx and Hegel explore the relationship between civil society and the state from the perspective of separation, and they both illustrate that the difference between the individual interest and the general interest of the two things are present in civil society and the political state. The main part of the third section is a discussion of Hegel’s historicist methodology, followed by an explanation of Marx’s research methods in his theory of civil society, and finally a transition to Marx’s affirmative inheritance of Hegel’s historicist methodology, the main aspect of the inheritance being the establishment of a theory through objective analysis, both made after a profound understanding of civil society, and both arguing that civil society would be a new form for human social new form for the development of human society.
