Study On The Development Of Tourism Industry From The Perspective Of Marxist View Of Culture In Yanbian Area

Culture is the essence of human social consciousness and an important reflection of social existence.It is also the blood and soul of a country and an ethnic group.In the glorious history of the Chinese nation,which is more than 5,000 years,the cultural essence is created and gathered by various ethnic groups and formed a dazzling,precious and pluralistic ethnic culture.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the main contradiction faced by Chinese society has further evolved.The principal contradiction has been transformed into that between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.People’s pursuit of a better life is becoming more and more intense.At present,the tourism industry has become one of the pillar industries of China’s social and economic development.In modern tourism activities,people are no longer simply satisfied with sightseeing,consumption and shopping.It is more about the experience and taste of the culture in tourism destination and feeling the charm of the local culture.Therefore,tourism is not only an economic activity,but also a social and cultural activity.Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter called Yanbian Area)is the only Korean autonomous prefecture in China.It has a long and rich humanistic culture history,and unique and charming folk customs including folk culture,revolutionary culture,art culture,food culture,clothing culture,architecture culture,etiquette culture and other cultural customs.Compared with other regions,with its unique ethnic culture,ethnic minority areas have attracted a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.It has met the growing spiritual demands of people and also greatly promoted the booming development of the tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture in recent years.The development of tourism industry in minority areas can not only make more people understand Chinese excellent ethnic culture,but also promote the continuation and development of the culture in ethnic minority areas,increasing the popularity of ethnic minority areas.In addition,it can also provide a lot of employment opportunities and business opportunities for the local residents and promote the local social and economic development.Therefore,it is very valuable and significant to develop tourism industry in ethnic minority areas.Based on historical materialism,the Perspective of Marxist Culture is an important guiding principle to promote the construction of socialist culture.It provides a scientific theoretical support for the development of China’s tourism industry.The Chinese Communists put the cultural thoughts of Marx and Engels into practice in China and fully tested its scientific nature showing the strong power of truth.In the context of cultural and tourism integration,the tourism industry,based on the promotion of cultural connotation,has become an important way to drive the development of ethnic minority regions.On the basis of combing the related concepts of cultural perspective,this dissertation reveals the scientific connotation of Marxist Culture Perspective and its guiding significance in the contemporary social and economic development.It finds out the fundamental internal connection between the Perspective of Marxist Culture and the development of tourism industry.Besides,the dissertation also puts forward effective ways to promote the development of tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture,hoping to play a positive role in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of ethnic minority areas in the new period.
