The Study About National Differences Of Labor’s Salary And Treatment In The Period Of Puppet Manchukuo

In Manchukuo,there were obvious differences in wages and treatment among workers of different ethnic groups.As the lowest class in colonial society,Chinese,Korean and other foreign workers were oppressed by both life and work.Japanese workers are "the core of the five ethnic groups",whose wage status is far higher than that of other ethnic groups,while other ethnic workers have to be oppressed and discriminated against by Japan and have no social status at all.This is obviously contrary to the ideas of "national harmony" and "the paradise of the king" that the puppet Manchukuo once vigorously advocated.In fact,"national harmony" and "royal doctrine" are not for the pursuit of real national harmony and equality,but for the purpose of covering up the puppet nature of the "independent" regime and the figleaf of national disharmony,which are extreme nationalism and colonialism.This article through to the puppet period recruitment methods and management measures of national labor,labor wages,welfare system and so on many aspects,from the labor policies carried out by the puppet manchukuo,the outline of the puppet period labor salary level of the whole nationalities,inspection of all ethnic groups under Japanese rule salary differences,mainly divided into three parts:I.Labor recruitment methods and management measures of the puppet Manchukuo.The puppet Manchukuo adopted the policy of recruitment on the spot,and introduced a large number of workers from North China,Japan and Korea,and managed the workers by means of head system and fingerprinting.By expounding the whole process of labor recruitment and management,this paper discusses the ethnic differences of labor force composition.II.Comparison of wages and treatment of workers of different ethnic groups in the puppet Manchukuo.Japanese workers are not only engaged in idle work,working hours far less than other nationalities,but also have a higher salary than other nationalities in the economy.In addition,Japanese laborers enjoyed high housing subsidies and preferential treatment in medical treatment,diet,clothing,hobbies and other aspects.They also enslaved the people of the puppet Manchukuo through "grain ration" with ethnic class differences.By comparing the unequal wage treatment between Japanese and Chinese and other ethnic workers,the paper shows the suffering life of workers of all ethnic groups except Japanese in Manchukuo and exposes the hypocrisy of the "national harmony" flagged by Manchukuo.III.The enlightenment of ethnic differences in the puppet Manchukuo.According to the changing demand of labor force in different historical stages,Japan implemented the labor control policy of supereconomic violence and coercion to the people of the puppet Manchukuo,which seriously hindered the development of the society in the northeast region and made the people of all ethnic groups in the puppet Manchukuo into deep suffering.Japan actively popularizes "national harmony" and "kingship doctrine",the essence of which is to realize the dominant position in the puppet Manchukuo,win over the people of all nationalities,enslavement the spiritual consciousness of the people of all nationalities,and finally achieve the purpose of aggression.
