A Study On Dai Women In The Subject Matter Of Chinese Minority Oil Painting

In today’s diversified art forms,oil painting,as a traditional western painting,still occupies a powerful position in the world art pattern.China not only has a long history and culture is also a country with multi-ethnic cultural traditions,in the vast land of China any kind of ethnic culture is so dazzling.Yunnan Province has a large distribution of ethnic minorities and is located in the southwest of China.The overall topography is different from other areas,so the environment is naturally different.Because be located in southwest for a long period of time the art culture of yunnan and "mainstream art culture" have difference,li tingying taught oil painting,watercolor,charcoal and other techniques for many years.It has cultivated some excellent artists in Southwest China.Since then,there has been an increasing number of works of art themed on the southwest.This paper focuses on the oil painting works of Dai women.It will discuss and analyze four works styles:traditional realistic style,"classical" realistic style,image style and symbolic style.This paper enumerates the different periods of the artist’s oil painting works in accordance with the order of the style of the work and the order of time for a detailed analysis.
