Analysis Of Misunderstanding Setting In Film Dramas

Misunderstanding is an important element and technique in the writing of the play.The clever setting of misunderstanding can add dramatic color to the play.At present,many creators regard the misunderstanding technique as an indispensable technical element in script creation,and have verified its market potential and aesthetic value in the practice of film and television dramas.Therefore,how to effectively set up misunderstandings in the script creation and make the misunderstanding play the role and value of the play technique is the focus of this article.Based on the original screenplay "Manage the Camp with Love",this paper analyzes the setting of misunderstanding by combining multiple classic films,consulting and referring to the related literature and materials of misunderstanding setting.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The introduction briefly introduces the concept of misunderstanding and its importance in the play.The first chapter focuses on the dialectical relationship between artistic reality and realistic reality and the artistic expression principle of "reasonable" and "reasonable",and combines with film case such as Atonement and My people,My country,explains how to set up misunderstanding in the film and television drama to become the starting point of the plot.The second chapter mainly takes the creative practice of the original movie script Manage the Camp with Love as the starting point,combined with the Les choristes and Nuovo Cinema Paradiso,analyzes the setting skills of misunderstanding in the drama.The second chapter analyzes from three aspects: by changing the narrative perspective to set up misunderstandings,that is,the mutual conversion of internal focus and zero focus,forming the audience’s aesthetic expectations;using character characteristics to exacerbate misunderstandings,that is,driven by certain characteristics of the characters Make the misunderstanding further develop;in the development of plot design to solve the misunderstanding,it means that the design of the plot is to remove the misunderstanding under certain circumstances,otherwise the removal of the misunderstanding will help the plot advance.The third chapter explains the function of the misunderstanding setting in the play.In the play,misunderstanding can dig out the changes of the characters and show the growth of the characters;cause contradictions between the characters and produce emotional conflicts;link the main line and the side lines to build the structure of the play.The setting of misunderstanding can dig into the character’s heart and show the character’s growth.This paper mainly explains from two aspects,namely,mining the internal character characteristics of the characters and revealing the changes of the characters.Analyze the setting of misunderstandings that cause contradictions between characters and produce emotional conflicts,that is,to analyze the role of misunderstandings on internal and external conflicts in dramas.When misunderstanding settings are manifested in external conflicts,it will lead to the emergence of positive actions and counter actions.For internal conflicts,the setting of misunderstandings can make the characters’ actions more contagious and trigger emotional resonance among the audience.Discussing that the setting of misunderstanding can play a role in linking the main line and the side line,and building the structure of the drama,that is,the setting of the misunderstanding has three effects on the interweaving of the main line of the plot,the side line of the plot,and the interweaving of the plot branch line.The setting of discourse misunderstanding can also play a role in interpreting the interweaving of plot lines to the theme’s connotation.
