Excavation And Image Expression Of Village Culture In Village Documentary

Looking at China’s development history,it can be clearly seen that China’s social development originated from the countryside,and the origin of Chinese culture also rooted in village culture.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,rural documentary,as a documentary form rooted in rural life and showing rural features,plays a vital role in presenting the image of China’s rural areas,and is also loved by the vast audience.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the number of rural documentary productions,the audience’s requirements for expressing the cultural character in rural documentaries are gradually increasing.Therefore,whether from the perspective of inheriting village culture or promoting the development of rural documentary,the creation of rural documentary needs to dig village culture carefully,so as to improve the level of image expression.Combined with China’s development background,aiming at the current problems,the author divides this paper into four chapters,and studies the excavation of village culture and its image expression techniques in rural documentaries.The first chapter mainly expounds the conceptual relationship with village documentary and village culture,emphasizes the influence of understanding village concept on film creation from the creator’s point of view,clarifies the complementary relationship between village culture and village documentary,puts forward the phenomenon of lack of image expression of village culture in village documentary creation and analyzes its influence,emphasizing the necessity of combining village culture with village documentary.The second chapter systematically analyzes the cultural expression value and connotation of architectural culture,natural landscape culture,family culture and folk culture,which need to be highlighted in rural documentaries,in combination with the inheritance needs of village culture,the value needs of the current era background and the creation needs of rural documentaries.The third chapter discusses the mining methods of village culture in the creation of rural documentary from the perspective of field practice of art,emphasizing the mining methods combining written classics,field practice and oral history interview,and puts forward the principles to be followed in mining according to their own creative practice.The fourth chapter elaborates the image expression method of village culture in rural documentary from the perspective of image expression,emphasizing the pursuit of historical sense and lasting appeal in screen design and the principle of diversified sound intake in sound design to realize the image writing of village culture in rural documentary.Through the contents of these four chapters,we hope to provide some concrete and feasible theoretical basis for the future creative practice of rural documentaries,and at the same time provide some new ideas of communication for the revitalization and development of rural culture in China.
