Natural village,is the villagers gathered in the formation after a long period of migration and settlement which has a long history.It is also the crystallization of traditional Chinese culture.But in the situation of rapid economic development and the promotion of urbanization,natural villages disappear quickly.Wheat straw flat is located at an altitude of 800 meters above the hilltop in Shifudian town Yanshi city which is the highest elevation of the village in Yanshi city.After the reform and opening up,there is now only three families because of traffic inconvenience,population relocation.The documentary "The Lost Village" presents such a reality by recording the real life of the last five elderly people in the village—The natural village is disappearing.At the same time it also tells the story of several elder’s beauty and sorrow into their spiritual world.Wheat straw flat is an epitome of the times.It is hoped that giving them some warmth and cares through the real story."Old age living alone,no one helped their food and clothing".Care for parents,care for the elderly,concerned about the disappearance of the village.From the recorder’s point of view,this paper describes the process of "disappearing village" topics,the determination of the theme,shooting and post-processing,the problems left in the creation and problem solving and their own reflections.
