Evaluation And Study On Zoning Protection Of Manchuria Urban Sites In Changchun

After the "September 18 Incident",Japan occupied the whole northeast of China and set up the puppet Manchukuo regime.Changchun became the center of the puppet Manchukuo regime.Subsequently,the Japanese colonial rulers started a series of urban planning and construction work in Changchun,and took Changchun as the experimental ground of western urban planning theory to carry out urban colonial construction.Today,Changchun still retains many historical buildings and sites of the Puppet Manchuria period.These buildings are the strong witness of the Japanese colonial history and an important historical warning heritage in the historical development of Changchun.In April 2017,the People’s Government of Jilin Province included the buildings of the Puppet Manchuria Period into the "Overall Pattern of Protection and Utilization of Cultural Relics in Jilin Province".In October of the same year,Changchun was granted the title of National Historical and Cultural City,and established a historical and cultural block to give priority to the protection of key building groups.The ruins of Changchun Puppet Manchuria are scattered all over the city.A large number of buildings have been damaged to varying degrees due to historical reasons and the development of the city.The ruins of Changchun Puppet Manchuria are scattered all over the city.A large number of buildings have been damaged to varying degrees due to historical reasons and the development of the city.In order to effectively protect the puppet period of historic sites,makes it possible the continuation of historical information and warning value,play its function to witness history,warning in the future,this article from the perspective of warning relic resources protection and development,to thechangchun city building historical and the true value of the puppet,and evaluate the value of education.By using the method of geospatial analysis and combining with the city planning of "xinjing" of changchun puppet manchuria,this paper studies the spatial aggregation degree of the geographical distribution pattern of the ruins,analyzes its spatial distribution characteristics,establishes the resources integration zone of the puppet manchuria sites in changchun,and puts forward some suggestions for the protection and development of the puppet manchuria sites in changchun.The main research results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)There are 44 pseudo-Manchuria architectural sites in the first grade,23 in the second grade,30 in the third grade and 20 in the fourth grade in Changchun.The primary and secondary sites are mainly located in Xinmin Street,People’s Square and around the Puppet Manchuria Palace,which are well protected.Grade III and Grade IV are mainly located in secondary streets such as Chongzhi Hutong,Dong Chaoyang Road,Nan Square and Xisidao Street.The sites are scattered or distributed with low concentration,which can generally retain the authenticity of the buildings of the sites.However,the protection status of the buildings is not good,and some buildings need to take measures for rescue protection.(2)the main can be divided into eight sites partitioning of resources integration,and people’s historical and cultural street blocks,manchuria railway respectively attached to the historical and cultural blocks,xinmin street block,the puppet palace historical and cultural blocks,nanling cultural and education section Wei Wen Hua blocks,commercial port,and civilian residential district,the new Beijing railway station transportation reserves,excellent residential blocks.According to the evaluation results,the above blocks were evaluated based on the location,the protection type of the location space,and the number of sites in the zoning.According to the evaluation results,there were 2 zones in the first,second and third levels,and 1 zone in the fourth and fifth levels.(3)According to the present situation of the Puppet Manchuria site resources,this paper puts forward three suggestions for protection and development: according to their spatial clustering characteristics,carry out protection work according to the main axis of the site distribution,and establish a comprehensive protection system;Promote the construction of historical and cultural blocks,and maintain the authenticity and characteristics of the Manchuria ruins;The Manchukuo ruins will be combined with the Manchukuo urban planning and urban functional zoning,and the site resources will be effectively integrated and protected by zoning mode,and the original appearance of historical blocks and buildings will be restored and effectively coordinated with modern urban blocks,so as to promote the protection of the ruins and the sustainable construction and development of the development of historical warning resources.
