A Study Of Xi Jinping’s View Of The Masses From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism

The historical materialism theory and the Surplus value theory are two important theoretical innovations of Marxism,in which the historical materialism reveals the General Law of the development of human society and becomes an important part of the Marxist philosophy.The Marxist view of the masses that the people make history and the people are the subject of history is an important theoretical part of the historical materialism.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,we have taken Marxism as our guiding ideology and combined the Marxist mass outlook with the reality of China,thus creating a series of mass work methods and mass work theories.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the new collective leadership with Xi Jinping at its core has always given top priority to the people in the light of the reality at home and abroad,and put forward many new views and judgments that meet the background of the times and the demands of the people,and actively take the practice of the broad masses of the people to seek well-being and happiness,and thus formed the mass view of Xi Jinping.Xi’s mass outlook is based on Marxism’s thought of the people as the main body of the nation,draws on the mass work experience of the leading collectives of the Communist Party of China,is based on China’s excellent traditional culture,and combines Xi’s own practical experience,at present,it has become a theory with rich connotation and complete system,which is of great value to the development of contemporary China.Under the guidance of the historical materialism,the article begins with a theoretical foundation to sort out Xi’s views on the masses and his retrospection of Marxism’s thought of people as the main body of the people and the people as the foundation of traditional Chinese culture,and Combing Xi Jinping’s view on the masses of the Communist Party of China’s previous collective leadership experience of Mass Work and personal experience.After clarifying the theoretical origin and practical basis of Xi Jinping’s concept of the masses,the main contents of Xi Jinping’s concept of the masses are discussed in detail from four levels:the theory of the subject of the people,the theory of the People’s interests,the theory of the People’s value and the theory of the people’s happiness,from its main contents,it summarizes the theoretical characteristics of Xi’s mass view,that is,unity of theory and practice,unity of inheritance and innovation,unity of science and ideality.The exposition of Xi’s main contents and the summary of his ideological characteristics reflect his view of the masses,which stands firm in the historical materialism position,and the Marxist view of the masses,which is not only in the same vein,but also innovative.In the end,the paper discusses the practical ways of Xi’s mass view in the new era from four aspects:economic construction,cultural self-confidence,strict governance of the party in an all-round way and international exchanges.
