With the advent of the "Internet plus" era and the rapid development of information technology,the application of We Chat public platform in Chinese international education industry is more and more extensive.Its advantages of independent choice,fragmented learning,low cost of knowledge,convenience and no time and space restrictions provide a platform for learning exchange and career development for volunteers engaged in Chinese teaching overseas.The efficient use of wechat public platform helps to improve the professional quality of volunteer teachers.Firstly,this paper selects 196 wechat public platforms for TCFL teachers and analyzes their development.Combined with the background of the times,this paper analyzes the characteristics of this kind of public platform.After that,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates and analyzes the use of wechat public platform of Chinese International Education by Thai Chinese teachers volunteers,who send the largest number of volunteers,to understand the personal information,use status and use needs of the respondents.According to the survey results,the existing problems of this kind of public platform are obtained,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.The problems of wechat public platform for Chinese international education include: lack of awareness of intellectual property rights of operators;lack of systematicness of push content;low update frequency;uneven quality of articles;too much advertising information and too high resource charges;weak interaction and insufficient understanding of user needs;weak pertinence;low content professionalism and high repetition.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: we should improve the awareness of intellectual property rights and the ability of original creation;reasonably use the relevant functions of wechat public platform,cooperate with the subjective systematic push;improve the update frequency;improve the quality from the editing,design,content and other aspects;reasonably arrange the advertising density and form,improve the quality of charging resources;take the initiative to understand the needs It is suggested to strengthen the mechanism of examination,supervision and personnel training.There are some problems for users,such as insufficient understanding and attention to these resources;the ability to use related resources needs to be improved;the subjective initiative and self-control are poor,and it is proposed to improve the ability to accept new things,pay attention to these resources subjectively and try to use them;improve the ability to use network resources,strengthen the communication and discussion between teachers;strengthen the sense of self-discipline.
