| As early as the 1920s,Feng Zhi,who first entered the poetry circle,was highly appreciated by Lu Xun,who called him "the most outstanding lyric poet in China".However,as a poet who always actively explores,Feng Zhi soon became dissatisfied with the romantic expression of his own sorrow,and longed to express the meditation of life in his poems.After a long time of sinking and diving,and finally after ten years of silence,Feng Zhi ushered in a landmark creation peak-Sonnets.The appearance of Sonnets marks the poet’s absorption and integration of modernism in his creation,which is a modern transformation of Chinese new poetry.This paper attempts to discuss the leap and change of narrative art in Feng Zhi’s early and mature poetry creation from the perspective of poetry narratology,and analyze the thinking of life existence hidden behind his artistic expression from a brand-new angle,so as to help us deeply grasp the poetic unfolding mode of Feng Zhi’s poetry.The first chapter of the thesis starts with the relationship between poetry and narratology,and expounds the post-classical turn of narratology,the narrative tradition of Chinese poetry and the existing research on Feng Zhi’s poetry,thus clarifying the feasibility of applying narratology theory to Feng Zhi’s poetry research.The second chapter analyzes the change of personal subject in Feng Zhi’s early and mature poems from the perspective of the evolution of personal discourse in Feng Zhi’s poems,and points out that the change of personal subject from"I" to "we" is a remarkable sign that poets have turned from romantic self-expression to Rilke’s objective writing.The third chapter mainly discusses the space-time consciousness in Feng Zhi’s poems,and points out that the time consciousness in Feng Zhi’s poems has changed from linear time to nonlinear time,while the space in his poems has changed from harmonious space to neutral space and even deviated space.At the same time,in Sonnets,poets often use the method of time spatialization,infiltrating the flow of time into space,and using space to mark time.These changes point to the change of thinking in Feng Zhi’s poetry creation,that is,from aesthetic thinking to rational thinking and from individualistic ego to human destiny. |
