| In the 1930 s,Guangxi was committed to the construction work under the leadership of the New Guangxi Clique.It has made good achievements in politics,economy,military affairs,culture and education,and has been paid attention to at home and abroad,known as the "model province".However,in order to continue to develop Guangxi’s construction work,it also requires design and implementation of expert talent.The outbreak of the Anti Japanese war made the Chinese nation face the danger of subjugation.With the successive fall of Guangzhou and Wuhan,the situation in China is more and more precarious.Guangxi is also responsible for the national salvation.In addition to fighting in the front battlefield,it is also the way to save the country to continue Guangxi’s construction.Li Zongren and Bai Chongxi,leaders of the New Guangxi Clique,went to the north for the Anti Japanese War,while Huang xuchu stayed in Guangxi.In order to prevent Chiang Kai-shek from infiltrating Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War,Guangxi Construction Research Association and Construction research were founded and published.Construction research is the Journal of Guangxi Construction Research Association.It was published in Guilin in 1939 and stopped in 1944.It has been established for 5 years.It is the periodical publication with the longest distribution time,the richest content and the longest survival time of Guangxi Construction Research Association.The journal was originally a monthly magazine,and changed from Volume 9,issue 1,1943 to a quarterly magazine,with 947 articles published in 53 issues in 10 volumes.It takes the Three People’s Principles as the guiding ideology,"to study the construction of political,economic and cultural sectors in Guangxi Province and the whole country,and to provide references for people from all walks of life as the main thrust",among which the construction contents of politics,economy,culture and education are the main contents,which are comprehensive journals.However,the Guangxi Construction Research Association was an academic and political organization which was established by New Guangxi Clique in order to fight against Chiang Kai-shek and maintain its own rule during the Anti-Japanese war.Therefore,as the mouthpiece of the New Guangxi Clique,the study of construction is also full of political color.There are 229 individual authors who write for the magazine,mainly from three groups: the leadership of the New Guangxi Clique,Guangxi local officials,experts and scholars from other provinces.They are almost all celebrities and leaders from all fields,such as politics,finance,education,geology and literature.In addition,they have different political positions.After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,when the nation saves the nation from subjugation and survives,under the banner of "building Guangxi,anti-Japanese War and nation building",they gathered in the platform of Construction research.On the surface,Construction research is only a publication,but in fact,it is an active cultural field,which is included in the game of the power of New Guangxi Clique,Communist Party of China,Kuomintang,Democrats and progressives.The New Guangxi Clique used this platform to connect the Chinese Communist Party and the democratic and progressive forces to fight against Chiang Kai-shek and publicize their ideas.The CPC in order to establish the cultural united front of the Anti-Japanese War and strive for the victory of the war.The democratic and progressive people also took it as a cultural stronghold for the construction of Guangxi and the founding of the country.The game of these forces changes with the situation of the Anti-Japanese War,which is reflected in the Journal of Construction research.On the contrary,the founding and publishing of Construction research are also deeply influenced by the current situation and the power of game.Therefore,a study of Construction Research allows us to understand the political,economic,cultural and educational construction of Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War and the situation of the establishment of the Anti-Japanese War,as well as to examine the operation of the anti-Japanese national united front in this particular environment Political relations in Guangxi.However,the current academic research on Construction Research is still relatively weak,and it is mainly a brief introduction.There is no academic achievement for systematic in-depth discussion or comprehensive discussion.Therefore,the author attempts to use Construction Research as a whole to sort out the content of the journal’s articles,etc.,and conduct preliminary research so that the latecomers can conduct research.Therefore,a study of Construction Research allows us to understand the political,economic,cultural and educational construction of Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War and the situation of the establishment of the Anti-Japanese War,as well as to examine the operation of the anti-Japanese national united front in this particular environment Political relations in Guangxi.However,the current academic research on Construction Research parts:The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly describes the origin of this topic and related research status and achievements.The second chapter mainly examines the initial publication of Construction Research from the background of the construction of Guangxi in the 1930 s and the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War and the organization that founded the magazine.The third chapter is based on the review and integration of the "Conference Report","Post-Editorate" and articles in the "Construction Research",which introduces the magazine’s overview,funding,distribution and sales,etc.The method of statistical analysis of the column settings,the amount of articles published,etc.,in order to make readers have a clearer and more comprehensive impression of the overall appearance of "Construction Research".The fourth chapter firstly divides the author group of Construction Research into three categories according to their professional identity,including the core leaders of the Guangxi department,local officials in Guangxi,and experts and scholars from other provinces,and then through the analysis and introduction of the representatives of each author group and their articles.The characteristics are summarized as inclusive,elitist and pragmatic.Chapter 5 firstly divides the authors of the “Construction Research” into four categories according to their political standpoints: the Gui family,the democrats,the progressives,and the Chinese Communist Party,and then explores the representatives of each author group through their interaction with the “Construction Research” The purpose of the group’s writing,and reflect that the political forces of the Guangxi,the Chinese Communist Party,the Kuomintang,the democrats,the progressives,etc.all act in
