| In recent years,China’s national traditional crafts are facing the crisis of lack of talents and lost technology.As a traditional Chinese craft,shell carving is also faced with the problems of inheritance and cultivation of talents.As an important human resource for the sustainable development of economy and society,it is necessary to cultivate a group of qualified secondary vocational talents for the inheritance,protection and innovation of shell carving technology.With the promulgation of the national plan to include the two research topics of "Research on the inheritance and innovation system of school ethnic traditional culture" and "Research on Vocational Education in ethnic areas" into the key research fields of national education and scientific research,Beihai secondary vocational and technical school,in response to a series of national policies,such as inviting masters to enter the campus to inherit excellent ethnic traditional culture,excavates local characteristics of ethnic industry Art-shell carving,through the introduction of Master Studio and school enterprise cooperation and other forms of integration of production and education,to build a long-term operation mechanism for optimizing the cultivation of secondary vocational shell carving talents under the background of inheriting excellent national traditional culture.Through nearly five years of practice and exploration,a unique talent training mode of secondary vocational shellfish carving with "Master Studio" as the carrier has been formed.n this study,Xu Chengbin’s Master Studio of Beihai secondary vocational school in Guangxi,which is listed as the “national culture and technical skills training base of Guangxi Secondary Vocational School”,is selected as the research object.First of all,through in-depth investigation and participation in teaching practice and other methods,the Master Studio led by Xu Chengbin is generally concluded to cultivate the talents of secondary vocational Shell Carving in the training mode,teaching resources and other aspects have achieved certain results,as well as problems in the aspects of teaching methods not being used flexibly,lack of innovative thinking training,and operation mechanism to be improved,and then in-depth analysis of the impact factors of the effectiveness and problems in the training of secondary vocational shell carving talents by Master Studio.Finally,based on the existingproblems,from flexible transformation of teaching methods,strengthening innovative thinking training To further improve the operation mechanism of three levels of countermeasures and suggestions,to further improve the quality and efficiency of Beihai secondary vocational and technical school in the training of secondary vocational shell carving talents,lay the foundation for the inheritance of shell carving,as a paradigm,in order to provide reference for the establishment of master studios in other secondary vocational schools and the training of related secondary vocational art talents,and constantly enrich the research in this field. |
