| Dongshutang Ancient Engraving Calligraphy Collection is one of the engraving calligraphy of the Three Feudatories in Ming Dynasty,having the calligraphy art and literature value.This paper,taking the inscription rubbings of the years of Emperor Yongle in the Dongshutang Ancient Engraving Calligraphy Collection and engraving calligraphy of the Three Feudatories as the research basis,sorts out and analyzes their related literature,and analyzes the principles of calligraphy selection and the quality of engravings under the political and cultural background of the early Ming Dynasty,and finally discusses its value and limitations.Firstly,this paper analyzes the seignior identity of Zhu Youdun,the compiler and inscriber,and points out that the Dongshutang Ancient Engraving Calligraphy Collection inscribed and presented to Zhu Di-Emperor Yongle was to show his loyalty to him.Secondly,it takes the content of calligraphy collected in the Dongshutang Ancient Engraving Calligraphy Collection as the research object and combines the calligraphy background in the early Ming Dynasty to sort out the its calligraphy styles and summarizes into "The View of Revering Royal Family","the calligraphy trend of self-expression and Emperor calligraphy",and "emphasis on regular script in engraving calligraphy".Thirdly,through the comparison of Dongshutang Ancient Engraving Calligraphy Collection,Chunhuage Engraving Calligraphy,and related calligraphy,it finds that Dongshutang Ancient Engraving Calligraphy Collection indeed isn’t quite true to the original in its engravings.Finally,this paper makes a specific explanation for its value and limitations. |
