Research On The Development And Utilization Of Red Culture In The Construction Of Beautiful Villages In Longkou

On March 8,2018,when General Secretary Xi Jinping participated in the review of the "two sessions" Shandong delegation,he emphasized in particular: "The red gene is to be inherited.We must not forget our mission in mind and never lose our direction and path." The red culture refers to the Chinese Communist Party inherited and carried forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism,draws on the advanced cultural achievements of mankind,unites the people,and jointly creates in the great practice of the new democratic revolution,socialist revolution,and reform and opening up Advanced culture represents the consistent beliefs and feelings of the party and people.Along with the proposal of beautiful rural construction and rural revitalization strategy,it has provided a broader space for the development and protection of red culture.This article focuses on Longkou City,the top 100 strongest counties in Shandong Province.Through SWOT-PEST model analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods,it proposes scientific and reasonable ways to use red culture to promote the construction of beautiful villages.At present,the red culture construction of Longkou city has made some achievements,but there are also some problems.The disadvantages and threats analyzed by SWOT PEST model are as follows: lack of reasonable planning in development and protection;Not specially included in the government budget system;Serious damage;Insufficient attention;Talent shortage;It provides guidance for the development,utilization,strategic choice and risk avoidance of the red culture in Longkou.In the case analysis part,we explore the development model of "red culture +leisure agriculture" in Xiadingjia Village.Through basic analysis,actual effect analysis and development prospect analysis,we can obtain the target direction and experience of red culture development and utilization.Based on the above analysis,the key point is to enhance the protection and increase the capital input.Excavate red cultural materials and enrich red cultural product system;Strengthen publicity and guidance to enrich marketing channels;To improve the quality of practitioners,strengthen the construction of talent team and other four aspects,through the analysis and anatomy of the article by article,toprovide scientific countermeasures for the development of rural red culture under the background of beautiful countryside.
