| Chinese countryside is the birthplace of local culture.Local culture is a collective term for a series of concepts,ideas,norms,customs and habits formed by the majority of farmers in our country in the course of thousands of years of social practice.With the acceleration of urbanization in recent decades,the local culture which originated from the farming civilization,suffered a great impact and gradually went to decline.Many local cultures have become or will become "beautiful memories".The concept of "beautiful countryside" was first introduced in No.1 Central Document "Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Agriculture and Further Strengthening the Vitality of Rural Development" in 2013.The construction of beautiful countryside has become synonymous with the construction of new socialist countryside in China,which provides favorable opportunities such as development opportunities and material security for the inheritance and development of local culture.Similarly,the active inheritance and development of local culture is of great practical significance for protecting our traditional culture,promoting the construction of beautiful villages,realizing the modernization of rural governance system and governance ability.This paper takes the local culture as the main research object,the construction of beautiful countryside as the social background,and the important discussion on culture of Marxism and Chinese Marxism as the theoretical guidance,to carry out in-depth research on the inheritance and development path of the local culture in the construction of beautiful countryside.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter starts with the research background and significance,combs the domestic and foreign research status,and expounds the research ideas,research methods,innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter starts with the basic concept,expounds the connotation of the construction of beautiful countryside and local culture,as well as the theoretical basis of cultural construction,which lays the ideological foundation for studying the inheritance and development of local culture in the following chapters.The third chapter analyzes the significance of inheriting and developing local culture in the construction of beautiful countryside,which is the basic guarantee for realizing "environmental beauty",the core measure for realizing "cultural beauty",an effective way to achieve "industrial beauty",and an important channel for realizing "life beauty".The fourthchapter analyzes the present situation of local culture inheritance and development in the construction of beautiful countryside,and expounds the problems: the absence of the main body of inheritance,the lack of connotation of inheritance,the lack of inheritance planning,and the scarcity of inheritance talents.And the cause of the problems: the impact of urbanization,the wrong direction of inheritance,the incomplete protection mechanism,the imperfect talent training mechanism.The fifth chapter discusses the countermeasures of local culture inheritance and development in the construction of beautiful countryside,this is based on the problems in the cultural inheritance in Chapter four and puts forward more perfect countermeasures: the consciousness of farmers’ main body,the direction of innovation and development,the mechanism of inheritance and protection,and the construction of talent team. |
