"Geographical Indications" is a new thing in the field of intellectual property in the world.Its emergence and development have always been valued by governments around the world and become the focus of world trade negotiations.The 2017 World Geographical Indications Conference was successfully held in China,marking that the development of China’s geographical indications has attracted worldwide attention.Since ancient times,China has been a major tea country in the world.In the new era,how to seize the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of the “Belt and Road” to allow more tea geographical indication products to go abroad,bring well-being to millions of tea farmers,and become the government of all levels of China to play the role of geographical indication brand aggregation and implement "Poverty alleviation" is an important means of developing regional economy.Deep understanding and focus on the development of geographical indication products can not only improve the international competitiveness and price level of products,but also play an important role in developing agriculture,expanding employment and promoting the development of characteristic industries in ethnic areas.Practice has proved that China’s geographical indication products need to take the road of branding and internationalization.The geographical indication symbols with obvious image features,clear semantics and strong recognition have become a consensus on the importance of enhancing themarket recognition of geographical indications and expanding market sales.In the era of modern informatization and networking,the pattern,function and meaning of traditional geographical indications have quietly changed,showing new features.As a contemporary student of ethnic colleges and universities,they should apply years of professional knowledge accumulation to the new era of theoretical and cultural self-confidence in the tide of innovation,and offer suggestions for the geographical indication products of Wuling Mountain area to go abroad as soon as possible.Anhua County,Hunan Province is one of the counties and cities in the Wuling Mountain area,and it is an important area for the central government to target poverty alleviation.The Wuling area in Hunan is the main tea producing area in China,and "Anhua Black Tea" is the public brand of Anhua County’s tea geographical indication.How to put the "Anhua Black Tea" geographical indication into effect in the "One Belt,One Road" strategic concept is a research focus worthy of this topic.However,we must also clearly see that there are certain differences in the culture,economy and ideology of the countries in the “Belt and Road”.If these differences are ignored in the spread of geographical indication culture,the“Anhua black” "Tea" geographical indication tea culture spreading effect and its image shaping in these countries? Based on the consideration of the above issues,this study intends to embed research in the field of design art into the perspective of cultural geography theory to develop interdisciplinary interdisciplinary,with a view to exploring the effectivecrossover of "Anhua black tea" in the visual image shaping of the five Central Asian countries The cultural visual communication path fully realizes "co-consultation,joint construction and sharing",and its research results have practical value and theoretical reference for the cross-cultural visual communication and exchange of geographical indications in China’s ethnic areas.
