Research On Public Participation In The Development Of Ciqikou Ancient Town

Ciqikou Ancient Town,located on the Jialing River in Shapingba District of Chong qing City,is a well-known historical and cultural block in China.With the progress of so cialism and the development of social economy,the development of historical and cultu ral blocks and the transformation of old cities have also changed,from the traditional e mphasis on the protection of the material level gradually to the social level of concern,i ts large-scale population migration,pushed to the reconstruction model is not applicable to the goal of sustainable development.As far as public participation is concerned,altho ugh there are a certain number of public participation pilot projects and related academi c research in the development of historical and cultural blocks,its depth and breadth are not enough,and systematic and scientific research on the related issues of public partici pation in the development of Ciqikou ancient town is very urgent and necessary.This article attempts to base on the development of Ciqikou ancient town of practic al problems,combined with domestic and foreign historical and cultural blocks related t o the theory of public participation and case studies,from the development of Ciqikou a ncient town of related interests and demands,to explore and demonstrate the significanc e of public participation to promote the development of ancient town.Finally,put people first,based on the relationship between the social development process theory and the relationship between politics,culture and economy,this article puts forward the public participation suggestions for the sustainable development of Ciqikou ancient town: first of all,it is necessary to reach consensus on the construction of Ciqikou ancient town;Housing retreat mechanism;third,the small-scale evolutionary construction model is to guarantee the traditional life and characteristic culture of Ciqikou;fourth,to establish a long-term effective public participation mechanism and feedback mechanism;fifth,the government-led development model It should be combined with the demands of residents.
