Study On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Protection And Renewal Of Urban Historic Districts Based On Multi Objective Perspective

Conservation and renewal of City Historic District is the protection of the famous historical and cultural city of China and carry forward the traditional culture is an important subject and part of,which is related to economic,environmental and social aspects of complex systems engineering,but in the early protection and renewal often to economic benefit as the ultimate goal of protection and renewal scheme screening,resulting in difficult to achieve the ideal effect in the environmental and social aspects,so historical district conservation and renewal of comprehensive benefits for scientific evaluation has important significance.This paper discusses the evolution of the evaluation of the protection and renewal of the historic district of the city and the comprehensive benefits of history,discusses the protection and renewal of the historic district of the city of the general analysis of key points and constitute economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits,and multi objective evaluation index system is constructed based on the perspective of benefit of the comprehensive evaluation index system in the study,and update the historical block protection for pre evaluation and decision.The innovation of this paper is to construct a multi-objective based perspective,combined with the comprehensive evaluation index system of hypothesis test theory and multi-attribute decision making theory of city conservation and renewal of Historic District,using correlation analysis and hierarchical analysis method for index weights in multiple attribute decision making theory is put forward based on the quantitative evaluation model of city historic district protection with the renewal of comprehensive benefits.Finally using comprehensive benefit evaluation index system model,combined with the Suzhou City of five historic district market survey,in the comprehensive benefit evaluation on the basis of the result,according to the index of the weighted total sorting analysis and comprehensive benefits of urban historical district conservation and renewal project pre evaluation focus and provide the reference.
