| In recent years,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,China’s international status has been continuously consolidated and improved,and it has become more determined to stand on the center of the world stage.More and more foreign students choose to come to China to learn Chinese and approach Chinese culture.Traditional teaching methods have been unable to meet the diversified learning needs of foreign students,and the Second classroom Activities can make up for this deficiency of traditional teaching methods.At present,most domestic universities have set up the Second classroom Activities for foreign students,such as experiencing traditional festivals,participating in academic conferences,attending Chinese bridge competitions,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei literature and art performances,etc.These diverse activities have made foreign students more directly exposed to Chinese traditional culture,but how to make the second classroom activities standardized and systematic and able to adapt to different levels learners are still an issue we need to solve.In the research of this paper,the author selected foreign students of Tiangong University as the research object.We also investigates the content of the Second classroom Activities of foreign students participating in Tiangong University,as well as the needs and satisfaction of students.One of the highlights of this paper is the combination of Tianjin ’s folk culture and the needs of foreign students,proposing a specific and systematic plan of the Second classroom Activities plans,which can help the foreign students use their creativity and improve the comprehensive quality of foreign studentsThis article can be divided into five parts.The first part which mainly explains the background,significance of the topic and the research method.Including clarifies the related concepts and summarizes the current research on the development process and current study of the Second classroom Activities.The second part which designs and implements the theme of Approaching Oracle activity for foreign students,finding out the major problems in this activity,and analyze the effect of this.In the third part,we uses questionnaires to further confirm the problems in the activities,and survey the development of the second classroom activities of Tiangong University,as well as the needs and satisfaction of foreign students.The questionnaire includes five aspects:setting,organization,participation,effects,and role they play.In the fourth part,according to the previous survey results and activity cases,we propose five feasible suggestions.At last,we designed a series of activities combining Tianjin folk culture and the interests of foreign students,so that they can better adapt to their studies and life in Tianjin.The structure of paper is finding the problems in a real activity,looking into the problems through questionnaires,making suggestions,and finally designing a series of activities.Taking the specific activity practice as the starting point,and setting up a questionnaire for all foreign students to confirm problems.we comprehensively research the current situation of the second classroom activities.Based on this,we put forward suggestions and opinions according to the results,and finally designing a series of Second classroom activities for Tianjin foreign students. |
