| Zhang Yu was a famous Taoist in the Yuan Dynasty,who enjoyed a great reputation in poems in the Yuan Dynasty and showed a great talent in calligraphy.Later generations often pay more attention to the research of his poems and Taoist literature,without focusing much on his calligraphy style,especially that in the Zhizheng Period.The ten years from the first year of Zhizheng Period of the Yuan Dynasty to the death year of Zhang Yu were the most comfortable and free ten years in Zhang Yu’s lifetime and also the harvest period of his artistic career.Zhang Yu was greatly influenced by Ouyang Xun and Zhao Mengzhen in calligraphic creation,and he absorbed and combined the strength of their calligraphy in his later years.Through the arrangement of the Zhang Yu’s calligraphic materials,the author tends to reproduce the unique artistic ideology and his learning and inheritance experience of calligraphy.Also,regarding the commitment “Strong but not losing the gentle character”,“Quiet but maintain lingering ” from people in Ming Dynasty to the style of Zhang Yu’s calligraphic works as its starting point,the author tries to have a deep analysis of Zhang Yu’s two classical representative work,to conclude the characteristics of Zhang Yu’s Xingkai calligraphy so as to apply it to the author’s facsimile and creation,and finish the author’s calligraphic work on the basis of the style of Zhang Yu’s Xingkai calligraphy at final.What’s more,the author hope this thesis will promote people to pay more attention to Zhang Yu’s calligraphic works in Zhizheng Years in Yuan Dynasty. |
