| With the improvement of China’s international status,the world’s demand for Chinese language learning is increasing day by day.Every year Hanban selects a large number of volunteers to teach Chinese and organizes training courses for them.Training courses can help them learn the knowledge and improve their teaching ability.But based on the feedback of volunteers’ experience over the years,there are still many problems in the training courses.The author starts with the CPIK training courses,summarizes the content and form of the three CPIK training courses and believes that the training course has the characteristics of comprehensive teaching content,single teaching method,and tight teaching time.At the same time,based on the feedback and suggestions of the Chinese volunteer teachers from the Korean elementary and middle schools in 2019,it was found that the volunteer teachers generally believe that the Hanban training courses have the advantages of focusing on teaching practice,experience introduction and foreign language teaching.The disadvantages are the short training time,the inconsistency of the curriculum and actual teaching,the low practicality and the imperfection of individual courses.Combined with the actual cases in teaching,it was found that training courses need to make more improvements in response to problems such as low participation of volunteer teachers in assisting class,insufficient teaching methods in leading class and insufficient foreign language skills in independent teaching.Finally,it is proposed that the training courses should strengthen the pertinence of pre-job training,give full play to the supplementary role of mid-job training and increase the professionalism of undergraduate research education.The author hope Chinese volunteer teachers can receive training in different aspects at different stages to improve teaching ability. |
