The old city is the witness of the urban development process and represents the brilliance of urban civilization in a certain period of time.The cultural resources that remain today are the value ties connecting the past and the present.With the urban construction of the old city into the cold thinking stage,people gradually focus on the advantages and difficulties of the core cultural resources of the old city: the rough way of traditional cultural resources development,or blindly pursue the new trend and economic benefits from the connotation of urban cultural value,instead of making the rich cultural resources tend to be boring,the transformation and upgrading needs of the old city are increasingly urgent;but with the change of information technology and consumption concept,the rise of creative industry has found a new breakthrough for the realization of cultural value and the rejuvenation of the old city.This paper holds that the key to the success of the rejuvenation of the old city is to establish a close relationship between the creative industry and the advantages of the cultural resources of the old city,to integrate the cultural resources into the value chain of the creative industry,to maximize the cultural value and to promote the overall rejuvenation of the space,economy and society of the old city.First of all,this paper summarizes the characteristics and value performance of the cultural resources in the old city,makes clear the important position of the realization of the value of cultural resources in the process of rejuvenation of the old city,and discusses the intervention logic of the realization of the cultural resources in the old city with the creative industry as a tool.By summing up the development experience of creative industries in old urban areas at home and abroad,this paper combs the factors that affect the realization of cultural value of creative industries.The research suggests that we can optimize the influencing factors,guide the creative industry to actively interact with theadvantages of cultural resources in the old city,and then excavate,realize and expand cultural value.Secondly,the research puts forward four ways to realize cultural value: first,the path of cultural innovation,the core of which is based on local cultural resources,to promote the integration of local culture and pioneer culture,to establish a cultural learning mechanism with the community as the unit,to realize the localization and sustainable development of creative industry characteristics;second,the path of space promotion,through the protection and utilization of historical buildings and public space Third,the value-added path of the industry,the flexible management and control of mixed formats,the sustainable market development environment for the creative industry,the local cultural brand marketing,the cultural consensus between the creative groups and the local areas,and the expansion of cultural impact Fourth,the system management path,through the construction of intellectual property system and public service platform,provides guarantee and support for the innovation process and creative achievements,and uses policies and funds to conduct direct and efficient cultural value guidance.Finally,this paper takes Hankou original concession,the center of cultural resources in Wuhan,as the empirical research object,and puts forward the path of cultural value realization of symbiosis of popular culture and pioneer culture,innovation and transformation of spatial function,flexible control of protection and development,and multi coordinated system guarantee,so as to guide the realization of cultural value in the primary development stage of creative industry in the old city and make it empty for the old city The transformation and rejuvenation of society,society and economy can be used for reference. |
