Study On The Protection And Inheritance Of The Guansheng Cultural Buildings In Yuncheng,Shanxi

Heritage is the carrier of history and culture,and has more contemporary missions.With the cognition of heritage value to deepen,people are gradually discussing issues such as “why to protect”,“for whom to protect” and “who to protect”.Chinese heritage protection has changed from absolute protection under the leadership of the government to public protection that attaches importance to inheritance and development.The key to promoting the sustainable development of heritage is to make it live in the moment by integrating into life,returning to society and serving the people.In resent years,China is developing a new type of urbanization with people-oriented and culture-cored.Heritage protection faces new development opportunities.People-oriented is playing an increasingly important role in heritage protection and inheritance.As the “Representative C ulture” of Yuncheng,Shanxi Province,the Guansheng Cultural Buildings have typical humanistic characteristics.On the basis of literature research and field investigation,this paper chooses the Guansheng C ultural Buildings as the research object.It summarizes the composition of heritage resources detailedly and interprets the humanistic characteristics of herita ge value fully.Through the analysis of existing problems and causes in the protection and inheritance of heritage,it is concluded that people-oriented development is very important.Then it introduces the People-Oriented Development Theory by Li Zuojun,analyzes the applicability of people-oriented development in the field of the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage,and forms a theoretical framework of heritage protection and inheritance including “meeting people is the ultimate goal”,“relying on people is the major power”,“guiding people is the institutional arrangement”,“equipping people is the resource arrangement” and “placing people is the division arrangement”.Finally,based on the theoretical framework,stakeholders of the Guansheng Cultural Buildings are re-positioned.It explores the specific contents of its protection and inheritance and proposes the targeted strategics.All above research promotes the sustainable development of the Guansheng Cultural Buildings.
