| Dragon and lion sport is the evolution of Chinese people from the "dragon" and "lion" totem beliefs and customs,but also the most manifest national style and cultural charm of sports.After a difficult process of exploration,innovation and development,Dragon and Lion sports have finally become the brightest pearl and national cultural symbol among the traditional national sports,and are loved by more and more people and people from all over the world,and have made extraordinary achievements.However,in the development and innovation compared to the public promotion level but appears to be insufficient.Promoting the excellent Chinese traditional culture is the spiritual power to take the road of cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,and how to better integrate into the development strategy of building a strong sports country is an important issue for dragon and lion sports.In the report of the 20 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi proposed to promote the comprehensive development of mass sports and competitive sports,and accelerate the construction of a strong sports country.2021 State Council on the issuance of the National Fitness Plan(2021-2025)put forward the relevant requirements: "the development of sports level standards and assessment system for the general public",which both for the It also means that in the new era,we should keep pace with the times and develop a standardized system that meets the needs of the general public while meeting their fitness needs,so as to promote the high-quality development of the project.Therefore,drawing on the successful experience of the Wushu Duan system in the promotion of the public,in order to promote the development of the Dragon and Lion sport Duan system and objective needs,the development of a system of standards suitable for the development of the Dragon and Lion project is an important task at present,the promotion of the Dragon and Lion sport Duan system is the general trend.Based on this,this paper takes the theoretical framework of the Dragon and Lion Duan system as the research object,the successful experience of the development and promotion of the Wushu Duan system as the theoretical reference,and uses the literature method,expert interview method,expert survey method,text analysis method and logical analysis method to conduct the research.The main conclusions are:(1)The Wushu Duan System provides inspiration for the construction of the Dragon and Lion Duan System: "overall guidance of cultural values,perfect mechanism of system management,implementation mechanism of innovation and development,and incentive benefits of popularization.(2)Through the review of the development of the Wushu Duan system and the analysis of the basic theories for the construction of the Dragon and Lion Duan system,it is proposed that the construction of the Dragon and Lion Duan system adheres to the principles of "comprehensive and systematic,people-oriented,and advancing with the times".(3)The study concludes that the main concept of the Dragon and Lion ranking system should be based on martial arts: the theory of the ranking system as the basic support,the hundred flowers: the traditional and competition routines as the basic content,the cultural cornerstone: the performing arts as the cultural characteristics;and proposes a framework for the construction of the ranking system of the Dragon and Lion movement.(4)Finally,it is proposed that the construction of the Dragon and Lion Duan system should adhere to the practical path of institutional policy integration:forming a community of multi-level policy combination,multi-development integration:building a community of science and innovation for synergistic development,and cultural concept integration: promoting a community of values for cultural identity. |
