Abstract/Summary:
Sensory integration is the process in which the central nervous system of the human brain receives effective information from the outside world and learns through its ability to integrate and coordinate with its limbs.Sensory integration disorder refers to a child’s inability to effectively integrate information from the outside world and to fully control and respond quickly to a limb,this will lead to a decline in children’s self-awareness and adaptability,which will affect the healthy growth of children.In recent years,with the development and popularization of Latin dance,especially for children,Latin dance has been loved by many children,in particular,Latin dance is a sport with strong sports significance,with the cooperation of music to concentrate on the whole body movement,the brain of children’s neurosensory function training has a good role.The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of sensory integration on 4-to 6-year-old children with sensory integration dysfunction(SI),and to help children with Si have more methods of SI training to promote the recovery of SI,enriching training methods and means for children with sensory integration disorder.In the process of training,the children with sensory integration disorder(SI)were made to improve their ability of self-adaptation and control,and to improve their SI ability in an all-round way,therefore,the children with sensory integration disorder practicing Latin dance were investigated and studied.The research object of this paper is the effect of Latin dance on sensory integration of children with sensory integration dysfunction,a total of 60 children aged 4-6 with sensory integrative dysfunction(Sid)in Latin dance were studied in Guangzhou Huawu Feiyang Art Education Center,Guangzhou Xinghaiyun Art Training Center and Guangzhou Deshenshuren Training Center.And according to the criteria in the sensory integration rating scale(introduced by the Peking University Health Science Center),developed by the Taiwan Chitter Brain Development Association,the scale was used to include and exclude subjects.According to the criteria,60 children(30 in the experimental group and 30 in the Control Group)were given the Latin Dance(cha-cha)exercise while the control group was not given the Latin dance(cha-cha)exercise,through the literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,experimental methods such as the study,the final two groups of experimental results were compared and analyzed.The results showed that in the Latin dance study on the improvement of children’s sensory integrative dysfunction behavior,the data of the experimental group and the Control Group changed obviously.The average value of the experimental group increased from 20.36 to 23.21,the mean value of the control group before and after the experiment decreased from 20.59 to 19.63.The P value of the experimental group and the Control Group before the experiment was p 0.682,which showed that there was no significant difference p > 0.05;The p value of the experimental group and the Control Group after the experiment was p 0.00,which showed that there was a significant difference p < 0.05.In the vestibular system disequilibrium plate group,the mean value increased from 19.96 to 21.96,and in the control group,the mean value decreased from 20.67 to 19.01.The P value of the experimental group and the Control Group before the experiment was p 0.613,which showed that there was no significant difference p > 0.05;The p value of the experimental group and the Control Group after the experiment was P 0.000,which showed that there was a significant difference p < 0.05.The mean value of the experiment group was increased from 18.73 to 22.19,and the mean value of the control group was changed from 19.65 to 20.01.The P value of the experimental group and the Control Group before the experiment was p 0.639,which indicated that there was no significant difference p > 0.05,and the P value of the experimental group and the Control Group after the experiment was p 0.000,which indicated that there was a significant difference p < 0.05.The mean before and after the experiment was increased from 18.33 to 20.90,and the mean before and after the experiment was decreased from 17.60 to 17.74 in the control group.The P value of the experimental group and the Control Group before the experiment was p 0.653,which showed that there was no significant difference p > 0.05;The p value of the experimental group and the Control Group after the experiment was P 0.000,which showed that there was a significant difference p < 0.05.Conclusion: After a period of training in Latin dance,the behavior of children with sensory integration disorder can be improved.Latin dance plays a good role in promoting children’s physical and mental health,and in developing children’s attention,perseverance and healthy and strong physique.Therefore,as a sport,Latin dance is worth popularizing in the training of sensory integration disorder.Suggestions:in order to give more methods to improve children with sensory integration disorders,Latin dance can be integrated into some kindergarten andprimary school recess activities and organized into special calisthenics.Through the fun of Latin dance let students take part in class activities can improve their interest in class activities,better physical exercise.some dance elements in Latin dance movements can be integrated with the traditional sensory integration training to increase and enrich the methods and methods of sensory integration training,children with sensory integration disorder may have more choices in sensory integration training.(3)parents and relevant departments should pay more attention and pay enough attention to the problem of children’s sensory integrative dysfunction,and the quality of family atmosphere is also an important factor affecting children’s sensory integrative dysfunction,hope that parents can create a good family atmosphere,and children often carry out some physical activities of the exercise and interaction,improve the child sensory integration problems.
