| With the increasing integration of the cultural industry and the tourism industry,the research on the product of cultural tourism industry,which is a fusion of the two,has also received extensive attention.The management of cultural tourism is very complicated.From the perspective of the world,the management of the industry as a whole is still in the exploratory stage.Cultural tourism management involves a wide range of aspects,including not only the exploration of culture by tourists,but also the aspects of eating,wearing,living,and traveling.At present,the domestic research on cultural tourism management lags far behind the research on the development of cultural tourism.It is manifested in reality.It is the real reason for the constant chaos in cultural tourism in recent years,namely cultural tourism management and cultural tourism industry.The development is not synchronized.Hulan District is a historical and cultural city.In recent years,cultural tourism has received the attention of the government in Hulan District,and the industry has developed rapidly.However,due to problems in management mode and management concept,the development of cultural tourism in Hulan District has been constrained.Therefore,standardizing cultural tourism management,clarifying the functions of the government and other administrative departments,correctly handling the participation relationship between the government,enterprises and the public,and formulating and improving the cultural tourism management plan are not only important for the development of the cultural tourism industry in Hulan District,but also It also has certain value for the economic development and social development of Hulan District.This paper takes Hulan District’s cultural tourism industry as the research object,and aims at standardizing cultural tourism management.It uses the combination of literature law,theory and practice,and questionnaire survey method to solve the problems of cultural tourism management in Hulan District.Analyze and conduct research.The research in this paper is based on the five aspects of cultural tourism management mode,project planning,publicity,infrastructure construction and talent management mechanism in Hulan District.It summarizes the main problems existing in the cultural tourism management of Hulan District.Five aspects,such as low degree,backward management concept and insufficient development of cultural tourism.Finally,through the positioning and layout,we design a reasonable and effective management plan from eight aspects: cultural tourism management system design and cultural tourism human resource management methods.Strive to promote the cultural tourism management of Hulan District,improve the quality of cultural tourism public services in Hulan District,and provide reference for the cultural tourism development,economic and social development of Hulan District. |
