| Laos is a landlocked country in the northern part of Indochina Peninsula,bordering China to the north,Cambodia to the south,Vietnam to the east,Myanmar to the northwest,and Thailand to the southwest.The increasingly close relationship between China and Laos gives more and more Laotians the opportunity to contact China with interest and participate in the life and work related to China.The Chinese language education in Laos continues to develop,followed by the upsurge of the Lao people in learning Chinese.Luang Prabang Province is an important city in northern Laos and is adjacent to China.In culture,economy,especially tourism,communication with China is extremely close.Learning Chinese well is more important and urgent for Laos’ Luang Prabang province than other areas in Laos.However,at present,there is not much investigation and analysis on the specific situation of Chinese education in Laos,especially on the Chinese teaching in Luang Prabang Province,which is not conducive to the study of cultural exchange and cooperation between China and Laos.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews with local Chinese teachers and students in Luang Prabang.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews with local Chinese teachers and students in Luang Prabang.By comparing the specific situations of Chinese teachers and Chinese learners in the teaching and learning process,this paper attempts to analyze the relevant problems encountered in Chinese teaching and to analyze the relevant problems and put forward improvement countermeasures.I hope I can help Lao students Chinese learners and do my bit to promote the exchange culture and development between China and Laos.The first chapter presents the research purpose and significance,research object and scope,research methods and corpus sources as well as some current research status.It also makes a brief summary and general analysis to lay a solid foundation for the following arguments.In the second chapter,through the detailed analysis and research of the survey data from the following four aspects:curriculum setting,teaching materials and teaching resources,Chinese teaching teachers,and the importance that schools attach to Chinese teaching,based on a large number of questionnaire survey results and feedback,the current situation of Chinese teaching in Laos’Luang Prabang Province is further analyzed.From different angles of Chinese language teaching,this paper analyzes the related problems faced and about to be faced in Chinese language teaching in Laos’Luang Prabang Province.The third chapter investigates the situation of Chinese learners.Based on the investigation of the basic structure of students and the basic situation of learning Chinese,the investigation of students’learning motivation,the methods of learning Chinese and various sub-factors that affect the factors of learning motivation,and in combination with the questionnaire survey,this chapter further discusses the classification and aggregation of Chinese learners in Laos’Luang Prabang Province.In the process,based on a large number of questionnaire survey results and feedback,the related problems faced and to be faced in the aspect of Chinese learning in Laos’ Luang Prabang Province were analyzed from different influencing factors of Chinese learners.In the fourth chapter,based on the investigation and analysis of the Chinese teachers and Chinese learners in the first two chapters,the author objectively and effectively finds out the existing problems in the current stage of Chinese teaching in Luang Prabang Province and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on improving countermeasures in a targeted and orderly way from the aspects of curriculum,teachers,students and teaching materials.It is hoped that this article can provide help to Lao students’ Chinese learners and contribute to the promotion of cultural exchanges and development between China and Laos.It is of practical significance to improve Chinese teaching methods and quality.The fifth part is conclusion. |
