The Study Of Classifier In Sui Language

Sui Language belongs to the Dongsui branch of the Zhuangdong Language group of the Sino-Tibetan Language family.According to existing research,Sui Language is divided into Sandong dialect,Yang’an dialect and Pandong dialect.There are many classifiers in Sui,rich in semantics,flexible functions,and diverse types.Compared with other languages of the Dong Language of the Chinese and the same language family,there are not only commonalities,but also some special features of Sui Language,which are worth exploring in depth.In this paper,through the investigation of the coverage of Jiuqian Sui Language classifiers in Sandong dialect,this paper attempts to conduct a special research on Sui Language classifiers.This article uses field survey,literature analysis,language description,summary and other methods to first classify the Sui Language classifier.Secondly,the lexical and syntactic features are described in terms of the grammatical features of Sui Language classifiers.Once again from the language contact and development aspects of Sui Language classifiers.Finally,summarize the full text.The full text is divided into five chapters:The first part is an introduction.Explain the background,reason and importance of the research.Summarize the research status at home and abroad.Introduce research ideas,methods and corpus sources.The second part is the classification of Sui Language classifiers.Sui Language classifiers can be divided into two categories: nominal classifiers and verb classifiers.Among them,nominal classifiers can be divided into individual nominal classifiers,collective nominal classifiers,and metric measurement words.The third part is the grammatical features of Sui Language classifiers.Grammatical functions are divided into lexical features and syntactic features.The lexical features describe the classifier’s quantification function,classification function,description function,distinction between homonym functions and classifier prefix.Syntactic features analyze the conditions of use of Sui Language classifiers,combination with other parts of speech and making sentence components,making sentence components alone,and overlapping sentence components.The fourth part is the development of Sui Language classifiers.There are two kinds of Sui Language: intrinsic quantifiers and borrowed classifiers.The inherent classifiers arederived from the accumulation of social life practices by the Sui people.The relationship between classifiers and classification words,the changing process of classifiers heading.Competition between inherent words and loan words.The development of Sui Language classifiers is characterized by the development of specialization,generalization,quantity expansion,generalization of quantifiers,prepositionalization and Chineseization.The fifth part concludes.Summarize this article,point out the author’s shortcomings and the future prospects of the study of Sui Language classifiers.
