| Cultural market is one of the important components of socialist market economy.With the continuous progress of science and technology,new things are emerging in the cultural market.The emergence of the mini KTV is one of the typical examples.As a new cultural product,mini KTV enriches people’s spare time and makes up for the consumption demand of fragmented time.No matter from satisfy the development of society and economy,or the people spiritual and cultural needs,has a certain contribution.But in the process of rapid development,problems do exist.This paper is to solve these problems,so that the mini KTV industry can get a healthy and orderly sustainable development,continue to inject impetus to economic and social development,continue to enrich people’s spiritual and cultural needs.This paper analyzes the mini KTV from the perspective of public management,so as to make it play a good role in people’s social life,not only to produce economic benefits,but also to produce social benefits.In view of the current management situation of mini KTV,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems so as to promote its better development.Research think emerging cultural market prosperity,the management has made remarkable achievements in recent years,but also exists many problems,including the existing problems in the development of their own cultural products and cultural market management problems existing in the two groups,in which the problem of its own cultural products mainly depends on the quality of the products and equipment safety,etc.,and the cultural market management problems more complex,analysis from the perspective of the participating entities,these problems mainly from the following three aspects:First,market operators have no sense of self-management,no constraints on each other,and no industry rules.Second,the competent departments of the government have insufficient management capacity,imperfect mechanism and imperfect system.Third,industry organizations and other non-governmental sectors have unclear identity,low management level and no normative constraints.According to the analysis of the causes of various problems,this paper puts forward how to realize the self-management of the operating entity.Strengthening the management function of the competent department;Give full play to the collaborative management of industry associations and the link between the government.In view of its own product problems to strengthen product quality management.There are altogether four aspects of countermeasures and Suggestions for improvement.Therefore,it has reference significance and guiding role for the development and supervision of the emerging cultural market represented by the mini KTV. |
