With the continuous innovation of information technology and the popularization of Internet network,multiple Internet cultural products come into the market and lead to the boom of the Internet cultural industry.Internet culture,which has become a significant portion of our society’s mainstream culture,now plays an important role in people’s spiritual life and social life.In order to meet the requirement of the development of socialist culture,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the Internet cultural market and build a healthy and favorable atmosphere in the cyberspace.“Develops sharing economy and builds a prosperous country with superpower in Internet” was put forward in the “Internet Plus” strategy of our government.Under this background,this paper has summarized the basic concepts and theories as well as the evolution of Internet cultural market.We have also studied the latest research at home and abroad,and focus on the potential problem and solution in the supervision of Internet culture from the perspective of our government.With the tools of statistic analysis and case study,we summarize the mail problems in the supervision of the Internet cultural market,including Internet infringement,proliferation of illegal information,Internet security and difficulty in law enforcement.The causes of these problems are well studied in the matter of the construction of law enforcement forces,the use of technology,laws and regulations,coordination and government guidance.Finally,we refer to the advanced experience in the supervision of the Internet cultural market both in domestic and abroad,integrating with the author’s working experience in the department of the Law Enforcement of Internet,the understanding to Internet management,as well as the development tendency of Internet in our country,we promote a solution to the supervision of Internet cultural market.Factors,including building strong forces of law enforcement,developing related supervision technology,perfecting the laws and regulations,strengthening the protection of copyright,establishing cross-function coordination mechanism,reinforce self-regulation of the industry and enhance the education of Internet ethics,are considered pivotal in our solution.
