| The evaluation of the judge’s ruling level can not only create a fair atmosphere and conditions for the game,but also create a good development space for the referee.Therefore,constructing an evaluation index system for the judge’s ruling level of the China Sports Dance Federation to strengthen the construction of referee teams,promote passion and fairness in sports dance compititions,and meet the urgent needs of the management and supervision department of the China Sports Dance Federation judge Committee.development significance.The research uses Delphi method,statistical method,fuzzy mathematics and other methods.Based on literature data analysis,expert interviews,and lessons learned,it collects as many evaluation indicators as possible about the judge’s ruling level.After each round of Delphi’s consultation with experts,the expert opinions were combined with statistical methods to process the results,and the indicators were deleted and optimized.Set of evaluation index systems for the judge’s judgment level of the China Sports Dance Federation was established.The component analysis method was used to test the reliability and validity of the system,and the analytic hierarchy process(method)was used to assign weights to the indicators.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the judge’s ruling level to verify the operability of the system.The main findings are as follows:1.The content of the evaluation index system for the judge’s ruling level of the China Sports Dance Federation was initially established.build a professional ethics,basic ruling ability,psychological quality,and practical ability.5 first-level indicators in five aspects of physical health: 14 second-level indicators and 60 third-level indicators.This provides a reference standard for the review and supervision mechanism of the Judging Committee of the China Sports Dance Federation.The development of the referee’s ruling level provides a theoretical basis for reference.2.In the basis of determining the specific index content of the "Chinese Sports Dance Federation Referees’ Judgment Level Evaluation Index System",and the first level indicators that occupy the heaviest coefficient is ruling ability,and the highest weight in second ruling ability is the ruling quality.3.The final score of the evaluation level of the referees of the China Sports Dance Federation is in a good range(89-80).It can be judged that the comprehensive evaluation of the referees of the China Sports Dance Federation is good.It is to test its operability. |
